المستخلص: Through this paper, we will try to give an overview of Algeria's industrialization policy as a source of the elements of the technological process: preconditions, actors, methods, patterns, means of regulation and legal contracts. Like many Algerian researchers, we will again question the role of technology in development and economic growth by focusing on Sonatrach as an engine for development in Algeria.
Through this research, we found that Sonatrach has acquired an interesting industrial experience and management capabilities, and we focused on the experience of the natural gas Dilution Complex No. 1 Arzio, which has been and remains the centre of technology transfer and the accumulation of technological, organizational and operational know-how.

Dans ce papier, nous essayons dans un premier temps de donner un aperçu sur l’industrialisation en Algérie comme étant à l’origine du processus technologique: prérequis, acteurs, méthodes, typologies juridiques et modes d’organisation et de management. Comme beaucoup de chercheurs algériens, on s’interrogera dans un deuxième temps sur la place de la technologie dans le développement et la croissance économique, et ce, en s’intéressant à l’entreprise SONATRACH.
A travers la collecte d’informations pour ce papier, nous avons constaté que cette entreprise a acquis une expérience industrielle et managériale relativement intéressante, avec des capacités d’adaptation aux changements et aux innovations technologiques, et ce à travers notre intéressement à son complexe industriel GL1Z de l’aval gazier, qui a été un terrain propice de transfert et de capitalisation du know-how managérial, technologique, organisationnel et opérationnel.


من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية، سنحاول بإعطاء نظرة عامة على سياسة التصنيع في الجزائر كمصدر لعناصر العملية التكنولوجية: الشروط المسبقة، الجهات الفاعلة، أساليب، أنماط، وسائل التنظيم والعقود القانونية. مثل العديد من الباحثين الجزائريين، سوف نقوم في مرحلة ثانية بالتساؤل عن دور التكنولوجيا في التنمية والنمو الاقتصادي، وذلك من خلال التركيز على شركة سوناطراك كمحرك للتنمية في الجزائر.
من خلال البحث وجدنا أن سوناطراك قد حصلت على خبرة صناعية وقدرات تسييرية مثيرة للاهتمام، وقمنا بالتركيز على تجربة مركب تمييع الغاز الطبيعي رقم 1 بأرزيو، والذي كان ولا يزال وسط لنقل التكنولوجيا وتراكم الدراية التكنولوجية والتنظيمية والتشغيلية.
