المستخلص: This study aims to illustrate the role and how to build a competitive industrial economic power outside the fuel sector as a necessary condition for achieving sustained economic growth in Algeria. It requires working alongside the total custom and requires building an authentic Algerian approach to achieve this sustainable economic growth, embodying their common key success factors. One of the most important factors is the building of a competitive, revolutionizing national economic power whose backbone is the building of competitive industrial economic power outside the fuel sector.
During the period 2001-2015, the public authorities implemented an economic policy through recovery and economic growth support programmes to support economic growth in Algeria. However, this did not support economic growth and sustained economic growth, and the results were poor.

Cette étude, vise à clarifier le rôle et la manière de construction, d’une force économique industrielle compétitive, hors hydrocarbure. comme condition nécessaire pour la réalisation de la croissance économique durable en Algérie. Il s’agit de travailler au niveau de l’offre global, cela exige la construction d'une approche Algérienne authentique pour la réalisation de la croissance durable. Et la concrétisation de ces facteurs clés communs de réussite. L’un de ces plus importants facteurs. On trouve le facteur construction d’une force économique nationale compétitive productive de la richesse. Sa colonne vertébrale réside dans la construction d’une force économique industrielle compétitive hors hydrocarbure.
Il est à souligner que durant la période 2001-2015, les autorités publiques ont appliquées une politique économique, à travers les programmes de soutien de la relance et de la croissance économique. Pour soutenir la croissance économique. Mais cela n'a pas conduit à soutenir la croissance économique et réaliser de la croissance économique durable, tandis que les résultats étaient faibles.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح دور وكيفية بناء قوة اقتصادية صناعية تنافسية خارج قطاع المحروقات كشرط ضروري لتحقيق النمو الاقتصادي المستديم في الجزائر، حيث يتطلب الأمر العمل بجانب العرف الكلي ويشترط ذلك بناء مقاربة جزائرية أصيلة لتحقيق هذا النمو الاقتصادي المستديم، وتجسيد عوامل نجاحها المفتاحية المشتركة ومن بين أهم هذه العوامل هناك العامل المتمثل في بناء قوة اقتصادية وطنية تنافسية منتجة للثورة يكون عمودها الفقري بناء قوة اقتصادية صناعية تنافسية خارج قطاع المحروقات.
للإشارة أنه خلال الفترة 2001- 2015 قامت السلطات العمومية بتطبيق سياسة اقتصادية بواسطة برامج دعم الإنعاش والنمو الاقتصادي لأجل دعم النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر، غير أن ذلك لم يؤدي إلى دعم النمو الاقتصادي وتحقيق النمو الاقتصادي المستديم، وكانت النتائج ضعيفة.
