المستخلص: This study aims to determine the historical background of quality, highlighting how the term moved from the industrial and commercial side to university education, as well as shedding light on the teaching methods of university by searching for appropriate ways to ensure and improve its quality as it is frequently used in institutions for university education. Through this article, a set of results were found, including: the need for continuous improvement of teaching methods, and to convince the university administration of the importance of methods because of their role in achieving and clarifying educational goals, and the need to consider the quality of teaching aids and their development. Also, a university professor should know that there is no perfect method in teaching practices. Each method has its pros and cons, and whenever the professor seeks to improve the method, he minimizes its flaws and looks for its quality. Those methods used by the professor at the university should not be seen as contradicting each other, but rather each method complements the other. This abstract was translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد الخلفية التاريخية للجودة، مع إبراز كيفية انتقال المصطلح من الجانب الصناعي والتجاري إلى التعليم الجامعي، وكذا تسليط الضوء على طرائق التدريس الجامعي، وذلك بالبحث عن السبل المناسبة لضمان جودتها وتحسينها باعتبارها عناصر مستعملة بكثرة في مؤسسات التعليم الجامعي. وقد توصلت من خلال هذا المقال إلى مجموعة من النتائج من بينها: ضرورة التحسين المستمر لطرائق التدريس، وإقناع إدارة الجامعة بأهمية الطرائق لما لها من دور في تحقيق وتوضيح الأهداف التعليمية، وضرورة النظر في نوعية الوسائل التعليمية ومدى تطورها، كما يجب على الأستاذ الجامعي أن يعلم أنه لا يوجد في طرائق التدريس طريقة مثالية، فلكل طريقة إيجابيات وسلبيات، ومتى سعى الأستاذ إلى تحسين الطريقة فقد قلل من عيوبها وبحث عن جودتها...... تلك الطرائق التي يستعملها الأستاذ في الجامعة لا يجب عليه أن ينظر إليها على أنها متناقضة فيما بينها، بل كل طريقة تكمل الأخرى...

L’objectif de cette étude est de déterminer l’antécédent historique de la qualité, en soulignant comment le concept s’est déplacé d’un niveau industriel et commercial au niveau de l’enseignement supérieur, ainsi mettre la lumière sur les procédés d’enseignement supérieur, en cherchant les moyens appropriés afin de garantir leur qualité et son amélioration en les considérant comme des moyens fréquemment utilisés dans les institutions d’enseignement supérieur. J’ai pu arriver d’après cette étude à certain résultat comme la continuité d’amélioration d’enseignement supérieur, convaincre l’administration universitaire de l’importance de ces méthodes qui réalisent les objectifs d’enseignement, développé les moyens d’enseignement, l’amélioration et la qualité des méthodes par les professeurs...
