المستخلص: This article deals with the topic of the National Employment Agency as an example of State strategies in the field of employment. In this regard, we wanted to evaluate the agency through the point of view of youth with (education) degrees. Based on partial results of research conducted through interviews with a number of these young people at the local agency in Bejaia, we have been able to obtain results that reflect several points of view. There are young people who express their satisfaction with the agency and its services, especially as it provides an opportunity to enter the world of employment. On the other hand, there are negative opinions, as some young people pointed to shortcomings and disadvantages of the agency according to their opinions. يتناول هذا المقال موضوع الوكالة الوطنية للتشغيل، باعتبارها مثالا لاستراتيجيات الدولة في مجال التشغيل. في هذا الصدد أردنا تقييم الوكالة وذلك من خلال وجهة نظر الشباب حاملي الشهادات. واستنادا إلى نتائج جزئية لبحث أجري عبر مقابلات مع عدد من هؤلاء الشباب في الوكالة المحلية لبجاية، استطعنا الحصول على نتائج معبرة لعدة وجهات نظر. فهناك من الشباب من عبر عن رضاه بالوكالة وخدماتها، خاصة وأنها تتيح فرصة ولوج عالم الشغل؛ من جهة أخرى هناك آراء سلبية حيث أن من الشباب من أشار إلى نقائص وعيوب مميزة للوكالة حسب آرائهم.

Dans le présent article, nous nous sommes penchés sur l’ANEM, comme exemple qui traduit une des stratégies publiques en matière d’emploi. Avec l’examen de l’agence du point de vue des jeunes diplômés, nous avons aspiré à une sorte d’évaluation de celle-ci. Et en s’appuyant sur les résultats partiels d’une enquête, menée par entretiens, auprès d’un certain nombre de jeunes au niveau de l’agence locale de Béjaïa, la présente étude a permis de rendre compte de différentes visions. Ainsi, il y a des jeunes qui se disent plus ou moins satisfaits de l’agence et de ce qu’elle offre, notamment en ce qu’elle permet une première insertion professionnelle. D’autre part, et étant d’avis plutôt négatifs, d’autres jeunes soulignent manques et autres tares qui, selon eux, caractérisent l’agence.
