This study attempts to extend a set of fundamental issues and concepts associated with the Semiotics study of culture and cultures. The first issue discusses the need for apocalypses in life and what they can offer to the human being. It is our belief in the need to double realize sometimes as a special feature of humanity, and at other times as necessary scientific knowledge will help us to think and to develop our awareness and cultural sense by nature is perceived. And the issue of the second fundamental requirement of a fundamental relationship but forgotten in Semiotics studies, it comes to the idea that Semiotic analysis cannot be seen only on the grounds that a form of intellectual knowledge, but also as really looking forward constantly towards changing reality and the dismantling of its contradictions systems. The third issue collides with a permanent paradox of the single and multiple cultural space at the same time. This study also suggests that as well, ways theory and methodology is able to consider the complex relationships between all parts of the system and chaos between meaning and meaninglessness through some of the fundamental concepts in contemporary Semiotics and what could be the Semiotics of culture and cultures in the future, the concepts of the semio-universe - with all its structural contradictions as defined and formulated its borders Russian Yuri Lutman, as well as extensions within the concept of literary studies, cognitive science and anthropology, media and cultural narratives and visual identities field ... and focus on this concept stems from the s Dysarthria to grant workers in semiotics field and analysis of public discourse a practical program to accommodate the load semantic transformations taking place in the cultural and cognitive and social formats in our present time in order to understand the dynamics revealed its contradictions and dismantling its laws.
