المستخلص: Une crise sans précédent de la dette souveraine a touché l’union économique et monétaire européenne. Même si cette dernière a commencé en Grèce, elle a cependant secoué l’économie des autres pays européens dont les caractéristiques sont semblables à l’économie grecque. L’Irlande constitue la deuxième économie européenne, après la Grèce, en termes de volume des dettes souveraines et de part sa transgression des conditions requises pour l’adhésion à l’union monétaire. Ceci a conduit les organes financiers et monétaires de l’union européenne à intervenir, afin de redresser la situation économique et préserver la stabilité du système financier et bancaire. Dans ce contexte, l’Union Européenne a joué un rôle fondamental dans la résolution de la crise dans plusieurs pays, et particulièrement l’Irlande. Nous tenterons, à travers cette article d’aborder ces points.

The sovereign debt crisis struck the pillars of the European Economic and Monetary Union. Its beginnings erupted in Greece to form a violent aftershock involving the rest of the European countries similar to economic characteristics. Ireland is considered the second European economy to draw attention after Greece in terms of the volume of sovereign debt and its exceed the conditions of joining the monetary union; which necessitated the need for the intervention of the European Union's financial and monetary bodies to address the economic situation and maintain stability in the financial and banking system. In this context, the European Union played a major role in overcoming the crisis in many countries, especially Ireland, for this role.

عصفت أزمة الديون السيادية بأركان الاتحاد الاقتصادي والنقدي الأوربي؛ فانفجرت بداياتها في اليونان لتشكل هزة ارتدادية عنيفة تشمل باقي الدول الأوربية مشابهة الخصائص الاقتصادية وتعتبر ايرلندا ثاني اقتصاد أوربي لفت الانتباه بعد اليونان من حيث حجم الديون السيادية وتجاوزها شروط الانضمام للاتحاد النقدي، ما استدعى ضرورة تدخل هيئات الاتحاد الأوربي المالية والنقدية لمعالجة الأوضاع الاقتصادية والمحافظة على النظام المالي والمصرفي استقراره، وفي هذا الإطار لعب الاتحاد الأوربي دور كبير لتجاوز الأزمة في العديد من الدول خاصة أيرلندا وسنحاول في هذه الورقة البحثية التطرق لهذا الدور.
