المستخلص: يعد التعليم الجامعي المصري من أهم القطاعات المجتمعية التي يمكن أن تساهم في تحقيق تكافؤ الفرص التعليمية؛ بل هو إحدى الآليات الأكثر كفاءة في الحفاظ على قيمة الإنسان، وإنه لا سبيل لقيام التعليم الجامعي بهذا الدور إلا إذا اهتم القائمون على شؤونه بتحقيق هذا التكافؤ، وعلى الرغم من الجهود المبذولة من قبل الجهات المسؤولة عن التعليم الجامعي في مصر؛ واهتمامها بتحقيق مبدأ تكافؤ الفرص التعليمية، إلا أن المردود من هذه المؤسسات ما زال محدودا، بل هناك إهدار لهذا المبدأ. والتعليم النظامي بصورته الراهنة لا يحقق هذا التكافؤ، الأمر الذي يؤكد أن التربية بشكلها التقليدي غير قادرة على إتاحة الفرص التعليمية للجميع من أجل التميز. ويبقى الأمر مرهونا باتباع نماذج وصيغ تعليمية جديدة مختلفة للتعليم بحيث يكون تعليما للكافة تعاونيا ديمقراطيا مفتوحا وبلا نهاية، تعليم يتخطى حدود الزمان والمكان، تعليم يكون قادرا على تلبية احتياجات الجماعات التي حرمت من الخدمات التعليمية، أو التي لم تستفد من هذه الخدمات، وإذا كان الأمر كذلك فإن فكرة التعليم المدمج تعتبر من الصيغ التي يمكنها القضاء على المشكلات التي تواجه التعليم الجامعي المصري، وتؤدي الدور الأمثل في تحقيق تكافؤ الفرص التعليمية. وقد استهدف البحث الحالي وضع تصور مستقبلي لدور التعليم المدمج في تحقيق تكافؤ الفرص التعليمية في التعليم الجامعي المصري بوضع سيناريوهات مستقبلية بديلة لتفعيل هذا الدور، ومن أهم ما توصل إليه البحث ضرورة أخذ التعليم الجامعي المصري بصيغة التعليم المدمج، وإجراء المزيد من البحوث حول كيفية تفعيله، وبيان أهميته، بما يسهم في تحقيق تكافؤ الفرص التعليمية.

In particular, university education is considered the most important social sector for achieving equality of educational opportunities. It is one of the most efficient mechanisms for preserving the value of human being, and there is no way for university education to play dis role unless the people responsible for its affairs are interested in achieving equal opportunities in dis education. In spite of the efforts exerted by the authorities responsible for university education in Egypt, and their interest in equalizing educational opportunities, the returns from these institutions are still limited, and there is a waste of the principle of equal educational opportunities, And dat formal education in its current form does not achieve dis equality, which confirms dat education in its traditional form, is unable to provide educational opportunities for all to excel, and it remains dependent on the adoption of new educational models and different forms of education so dat it will be education for all cooperative democratic open and endless, education beyond the limits of time and space, education dat is able to ' meet the needs of groups deprived of educational services, or did not benefit from these services, And if dis is the case, the idea of integrated e-learning is one of the most appropriate formulas dat can eliminate the problems facing Egyptian university education and lead the role of equalization of educational opportunities. The current research aimed at developing a future vision for the role of Blended Learning in achieving equality of educational opportunities in the Egyptian university education by developing alternative scenarios for dis role. One of the most important findings of dis research is dat it is necessary for the Egyptian university education to adopt Blended Learning, and to carry out more research on how to activate it and indicate its importance, thus contributing to equalization of educational opportunities.
