This study discusses a hadith narrated in Saheeh Al-Bukhari, which is the hadith of the two buried and punished men, who were mentioned by the Prophet, may Allah’s peasce and blessings be upon him. Their punishment is due to that one of them used to spread gossip, while the other one used to use the toilet without performing taharaa of urine. The study explained and analysed this hadith, and concluded lessons and benefits that are essential in our life. The study has firstly dealt with the hadith’s chain of narrators, which included clarifying its narrations and narrators, in addition to several related benefits. After that, the hadith’s bodytext was explained considering its scope, story, vocabulary, and wording differences. The study also highlighted the aspects of eloquence and bayaan in this hadith, in addition to the most important issues, rulings, and benefits. The study has been titled: "the hadith of the two buried and punished men: An analytical hadith study". The study recommends researchers to study the hadiths of the Prophet, may Allah’s peasce and blessings be upon him, in an analytical manner to benefit from them in the real life.
تتناول هذه الدراسة حديثا من صحيح الإمام البخاري، وهو حديث الرجلين المقبورين المعذبين اللذين أخبرنا النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم عن عذابيهما في القبر بسبب مشي أحدهما بالنميمة، وعدم تنزه الآخر من البول؛ وذلك بشرحه وتحليله ودراسته، وأخذ الدروس والعبر والفوائد منه، والاستفادة منه في حياتنا. وقد تناول البحث قضايا الإسناد أولا؛ وفيه تخريج الحديث، ودراسة رجاله، والفوائد الإسنادية فيه. ثم تناول قضايا المتن؛ وفيه المعنى العام للحديث، وسبب وروده، وبيان غريبه، واختلاف ألفاظه، وبيان لطائفه البيانية والبلاغية، وأهم المسائل والأحكام، وذكر ما يستفاد منه. وقد جعلته بعنوان: "حديث المقبورين المعذبين دراسة حديثية تحليلية؛ ولهذا أوصي إخواني الباحثين بدراسة أحاديث النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم دراسة تحليله للاستفادة منها في واقع الحياة.
