The research aims to find out and analyze the current situation to take of sports sponsorship of special events Paralympic sports, physically and access to the strengths and strengthen weaknesses and find solutions to them, and so by attracting sponsors for the work of sponsorship deals for these events, and the creation of financing mechanisms as an alternative to weak private Paralympic sports, government funding physically, the researcher used the descriptive approach surveys, and represented in the study sample (79), member of the Egyptian workers Paralympic Committee, the professional managers of national teams, Madrien technicians, trainers and administrative activity by sports clubs for handicapped, and the players practicing sports activities for for handicapped The most important results were the following: There is no clear strategy to take sports sponsorship of sports events for handicapped. The lack of administrative staff and clearly defined for the organization of sports events for the handicapped. Based on the individuals organizing sports events for the handicapped are not qualified to oversee such events. The accreditation in organizing sports events for the handicapped to the physical support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports. -There is weakness in the sources of funding and the lack of available budgets to organize sports events for for the handicapped. -The lack of investment in the field of sports for the handicapped special legislation. - absence of key sponsors of the Egyptian Paralympics Committee. - Ignore media events for Paralympic sports, physically.
يهدف البحث إلى معرفة وتحليل الوضع الراهن لرعاية الأحداث الخاصة برياضات المعاقين حركيا والوصول لنقاط القوة وتعزيزها ونقاط الضعف وإيجاد الحلول لها، وذلك من خلال جذب الرعاة لعمل عقود رعاية لهذه الأحداث، وإيجاد آليات للتمويل كبديل لضعف التمويل الحكومي الخاص برياضات المعاقين حركياً، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الدراسات المسحية، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في (79) فرد من العاملين باللجنة البارالمبية المصرية، والمديرين الفنيين للفرق القومية، والمدربين الفنيين والمدربين وإداري النشاط بالأندية الخاصة برياضات المعاقين حركياً، واللاعبين الممارسين للأنشطة الرياضية الخاصة بالمعاقين حركياً. وجاءت أهم النتائج: 1- عدم وجود استراتيجية واضحة لرعاية الأحداث الرياضية للمعاقين حركياً. 2- نقص الكوادر الإدارية المؤهلة لتنظيم العمل بالأحداث الرياضية للمعاقين حركياً. 3- الأفراد القائمين على تنظيم الأحداث الرياضية للمعاقين حركيا غير مؤهلين للإشراف على مثل تلك الأحداث. 4- يتم الاعتماد في تنظيم الأحداث الرياضية للمعاقين حركيا على الدعم المادي المقدم من وزارة الشباب والرياضة. 5- هناك ضعف في مصادر التمويل وقلة الميزانيات المتاحة لتنظيم الأحداث الرياضية للمعاقين حركياً. 6- عدم وجود تشريعات خاصة بالاستثمار في المجال الرياضي للمعاقين حركياً. 7- عدم وجود رعاة أساسيين للجنة البارالمبية المصرية. 8- تجاهل الإعلام بالأحداث الخاصة برياضات المعاقين حركياً.
