المستخلص: This research is a scientific attempt to study the structural relationship among educational institutions: family and kindergarten, and the integration of this relationship through the exercise of different roles and functions by the actors in the educational process in order to achieve the interdependence of these roles despite the difference, and in order to achieve the common goals between the family and kindergarten , which is related to the development of kindergarten children in different aspects of health - educational - scientific and cultural - social. As this study was conducted on a sample was chosen in a deliberate way and we used the qualitative method and interview technique (individual - collective) and observation in partnership with members of the sample represented in the families and educators in the field of kindergarten in Algiers, the achievement of child development depends on the relationship and its form between the family and kindergarten and how each of them perform its role and the degree of commitment to it.

La relation entre la famille et la crèche et son rôle dans le développement des enfants.
Cette recherche est une expérimentation scientifique qui étudie les relations constructives entre les établissements éducatifs : la famille, la crèche).
Et la complémentarité de cette dernière à travers l’exercice des rôles et les différents fonctions de la part des personnes responsables dans le cadre éducatif pour réaliser l’interdépendance de ces rôles malgré leurs différences. Et afin d’atteindre les objectifs fixés et communs entre la famille et la crèche les quels sont liés au développement de l’enfant de la crèche dans divers aspects sanitaire, éducatif, scientifique, culturel et sociologique.
Cette étude a été réalisée sur un échantillon sélectionnée intentionnellement et nous avons utilisé l’approche qualitative et la technique d’interview (individuelle, collective) et l’observation participante en partenariat avec l’échantillon d la recherche qui se compose de famille et les éducatrices dans le domaine de la crèche en Alger centre.
La réalisation du développement de l’enfant dépend de la relation et l’aspect entre la famille et la crèche et le rôle et l’engagement de chacune d’entre elles.

هذا البحث عبارة عن محاولة علمية لدراسة العلاقة البنائية بين المؤسسات التربوية: الأسرة والروضة، وتكامل هذه العلاقة من خلال ممارسة الأدوار والوظائف المختلفة من طرف العناصر الفاعلة في العملية التربوية من أجل تحقيق تكافل هذه الأدوار رغم اختلافها، ومن أجل تحقيق الأهداف المسطرة والمشتركة بين الأسرة والروضة، والتي ترتبط بتنمية طفل الروضة في مختلف الجوانب الصحية -التربوية - العلمية والثقافية - الاجتماعية، إذ تمت هذه الدراسة على عينة تم اختيارها بطريقة قصدية واستعملنا المنهج الكيفي وتقنية المقابلة (فردية - جماعية) والملاحظة بالمشاركة مع أفراد عينة البحث التي تتمثل في الأسر والمربيات داخل ميدان الروضة في الجزائر العاصمة، إذ يتوقف تحقيق تنمية الطفل على العلاقة وشكلها بين الأسرة والروضة وكيف تقوم كل منهما بدورها ودرجة الالتزام به.
