نظراً لأهمية المعلم بصورة عامة ومعلمة طفل الروضة بصورة خاصة ولأهمية الدور الذي تقوم به معلمة الرياض فذلك كله يدفع إلى التفكير والعمل بجدية إلى معرفة الخصائص الواجب توافرها في معلمة الروضة التي تساعد على إدارة الصف، لأن عملها يتطلب أن تكون محبة، وأن يكون لديها من الخبرات والمعلومات والمهارات اللازمة لنجاحها في عملها، هذه الجوانب لا تتحقق إلا عن طريق معلمة مختصة ومعدة إعداداً تربوياً ومن هنا كان اهتمام المربين باختيار وإعداد معلمات رياض الأطفال إذ إن لهذا الاختيار والإعداد أهمية كبيرة في إعداد أجيالها المستقبلية. اقتصر البحث على معلمات رياض الأطفال في مدينة بغداد (الرصافة الثانية) للعام الدراسي (2016- 2017) تكونت عينة البحث من (40) معلمة، واختارت الباحثة عشوائياً بنسبة ( 6%) من رياض الأطفال واختارت الباحثة عشوائيا (40) معلمات (مرشدات) من كل روضة مختارة، وتأكدت الباحثة من وجود المشكلة من خلال استبانة وزعت على مديرات رياض الأطفال، أما أدوات البحث فقد قامت الباحثة باستخدام النسبة المئوية من حيث توجيه استبانة مفتوحة للمديرات ومعلمات الرياض ومن مسح الأدبيات والدراسات السابقة وبعد إخضاعها لإجراءات الصدق والثبات تكونت أداتي البحث بصورتها النهائية إذ شملت أداة خصائص المعلمة على (37) فقرة من أصل (42) فقرة، ثم قامت الباحثة بتوزيع (مقياس الخصائص) بصورته النهائية على مديرات الرياض لتطبيقها على عينة البحث من المعلمات، وبعد تحليل البيانات تبين:- 1. أن معظم معلمات رياض الأطفال يمتلكن خصائص المعلم الجيد. 2. أن معظم معلمات رياض الأطفال لديهن قدرة على إدارة الصف. 3. أن معلمات رياض الأطفال اللواتي يتمتعن بخصائص جيدة ولهن القدرة على إدارة صفوفهن بطريقة ودية وفاعلة. وعلى ضوء هذه النتائج قامت الباحثة بجملة من التوصيات منها: - 1- تعزيز هذه الخصائص التي تتمتع بها معلمة رياض الأطفال من إشراكها في دورات تأهيلية وتطويرية لغرض تحقيق الأهداف التربوية لرياض الأطفال. 2- قيام نقابة المعلمين والقسم المسؤول عن رياض الأطفال في وزارة التربية ومديريات التربية بتنظيم حملات إعلامية بالتنسيق مع وسائل الإعلام والنشر للتعريف بأهمية رياض الأطفال وأهمية عمل معلمة الروضة وما لها من أثر في إدارتهن للصف والذي له الدور الكبير في تربية الأطفال الذي يعد هو أساس المجتمع. كذلك قامت الباحثة بجملة من المقترحات منها: - 1- إجراء دراسة أخرى متشابهة لشرائح أخرى من المجتمع. 2- إجراء دراسة عن معرفة العلاقة بين خصائص معلمة الروضة وعلاقتها باكتساب الطفل لكل الخبرات التربوية المتكاملة. 3- إجراء دراسة عن معرفة خصائص معلمة الروضة وأثرها في نفسية طفل الروضة.
Because of the importance of the teacher in general and the kindergarten teacher in particular and the importance of the role played by the teacher of Riyadh, it all leads to thinking and work seriously to know the characteristics to be available kindergarten teacher that helps to manage the classroom, because its work requires to be loving, and have the experience And the information and skills needed to succeed in its work, these aspects can only be achieved through a teacher and a competent educational preparation and hence was the concern of educators to choose and prepare kindergarten teachers as this choice and preparation of great importance in the preparation of future generations. The research sample consisted of (40) teachers. The researcher randomly selected 6% of kindergartens and randomly selected 40 teachers. The researcher used the percentage in terms of directing an open questionnaire to the principals and teachers of Riyadh and from the survey of literature and previous studies and after subjecting them to procedures of honesty and stability, the research tools were formed. As a final tool (37) paragraph out of (42) paragraph, and then the researcher distributed the (measure of characteristics) final image to the directors of Riyadh to apply to the sample of the study of the parameters, and after analyzing the data show: 1- Most kindergarten teachers have the characteristics of a good teacher. 2- Most kindergarten teachers have the ability to manage the classroom. 3- Kindergarten teachers who have good characteristics and have the ability to manage their ranks in a friendly and effective manner In light of these results, the researcher made a number of recommendations, including: 1- To strengthen these characteristics enjoyed by the kindergarten teacher from engaging in rehabilitation and development courses for the purpose of achieving the educational goals of kindergartens. 2- The teachers' union and the department responsible for kindergartens in the Ministry of Education and the directorates of education organize media campaigns in coordination with the media and publishing to introduce the importance of kindergartens and the importance of the kindergarten teacher and their effect on their management of the classroom.. The researcher also made a number of suggestions, including: 1. Conduct another study similar to other segments of society. 2. Conduct a study on the relationship between the characteristics of kindergarten teacher and its relation to the acquisition of the child for all integrated educational experiences. 3. Conducting a study on the knowledge of the characteristics of kindergarten teacher and its impact on the psyche of kindergarten children.
