المستخلص: The share of active Algerian society reached 45.49% in 2008, compared to 44.46% in 2014. This ratio can be explained by weak female participation (where it moved from 15.38% in 2008 to 16.27% in 2014) on one hand and on the other hand, the strong share of young people resulting from the high birth rate. This article talks about the development of Algerian society from one point and the development of the active society and its characteristics from another point.

La part de la population active Algérienne dans la population totale est faible, elle présente 45.49% en 2008 contre 44.46% en 2014. Ce pourcentage s’explique par la faiblesse de l’activité féminine (elle est passée de 15.38 % en 2008 à 16.27% en 2014) d’une part, et par l’extrême jeunesse de la population Algérienne induit par une natalité élevée. Cet article présentera l’évolution récente de la population Algérienne ainsi que l’évolution de la population active avec ces caractéristiques.

بلغت حصة المجتمع الجزائري النشط 45.49% في سنة 2008 مقابل 44.46% في 2014. يمكننا تفسير هذه النسبة بضعف المشاركة النسوية (حيث انتقلت من 15.38% في 2008 إلى 16.27% في 2014) من جهة، ومن جهة أخري الحصة القوية للشباب الناجمة عن ارتفاع معدل الولادات. هذا المقال يتحدث عن تطور المجتمع الجزائري من وجهة وعن تطور المجتمع النشيط وخصائصه من وجهة أخري.
