المستخلص: In this paper, we have attempted to offer a new approach, according to our current perception, where we consider the knowledge of the various specific features of the potential potency/ability of the teacher (teacher, component...), will permit the use of a suitable functional application suitable for it within the sphere of activity of learning education. That is through this latter matter comprehending the different intersecting, involved and existing dimensions among each of: 1) The teacher's potential/ability, 2- the time frame set for the duration of the classroom and 3- The learner's confrontation between the openness and non-openness towards learning (change). The applied treatment for each of the three variables will allow the teacher (teacher, component...) to determine the parameters of his educational activity according to directions and objective set objectives that can be achieved after his conviction and the conviction of the supervisory bodies upon the limited role in which the teacher contributes to change (the performance), fairness, conformity and suitability between the duration of time and the prescribed study unit which he supervises. By providing a symmetry between these two dimensions, the applications of the economies of the latent energy/potency come to the fore, to accomplish the expected quality in relation to the outcomes of the educational process.

Nous avons essayé à travers cet article qui traite l’économie d’énergie humaine, et selon notre perception actuelle, ou l’on considère les différentes particularités de l’énergie latente chez l’enseignant (formateur…) qui va nous permettre d’exploiter l’application fonctionnelle appropriée dans l’activité d’apprentissage, par la réalisation de celle-ci a travers diverses dimensions qui se chevauchent entre :
1- le potentiel de l’enseignant.
2- le délai spécifié pour la durée du cours et de l’action pédagogique.
3- la confrontation de l’apprenant entre la portabilité et le non portabilité a l’apprentissage.
Qui, par le traitement appliqué par chaque variable de trois variables permettra a l’enseignant de déterminer les étapes d’activités éducatives conformément aux orientations et objectifs fixés et réalisables après conviction de cet enseignant et celle de la tutelle encadrant le rôle limité que l’enseignant contribue a la création du changement (Performance), la pertinence, la conformité entre la durée de l’unité et le module prévu supervisé par la coordination de ces trois dimensions met en évidence les applications du potentiel d’économie d’énergie pour atteindre la qualité attendue dans les résultats du processus d’apprentissage.

حوالنا من خلال هذه الورقة تقديم معالجة جديدة وذلك حسب تصورنا الحالي، أين نعتبر أن معرفة مختلف المعالم الخاصة بالطاقة الكامنة عند المعلم (المعلم، المكون...) ستسمح باستغلال وظيفي تطبيقي مناسب لها ضمن فلك النشاط التعليم التعلمي، من خلال إدراك هذا الأخير لمختلف الأبعاد المتداخلة والمتدخلة والقائمة بين كل من 1- الطاقة الكامنة لدى المدرس، 2- الإطار الزماني المحددة لمدة الحصة الدراسية و 3- مواجهة المتعلم بين قابلية ولا قابلية للتعلم (التغير) والذي من خلال المعالجة التطبيقية لكل متغير من المتغيرات الثلاث سيسمح للمعلم (المدرس، المكون...) بتحديد معالم نشاطه التعليمي وفق توجهات وأهداف موضوعية مضبوطة ممكنة التحقق بعد قناعته وقناعة الهيئات الأشرفية على محدودية الدور الذي يساهم فيه المعلم في إحداث التغير (الأداء)، والإنصاف والمطابقة والملائمة بين المدة الزمنية والوحدة الدراسية المقررة الذي يشرف عليها وبتوفير النسق التناسقي بين هذين البعدين يبرز تطبيقات اقتصاديات الطاقة الكامنة في تحقيق الجودة المتوقعة في مخرجات العملية التعليمية.
