يهدف البحث الحالي إلى معرفة أثر استراتيجية التفاوض في التحصيل وأداء الرسم البياني لمادة الإلكترونيات العملي لدي طلبة المرحلة الثالثة في كلية التربية. ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم صياغة الفرضيات الصفرية وإجراء تجربة استغرقت فصلا دراسيا كاملا وهو الفصل الدراسي الأول. تكون مجتمع البحث من طلبة المرحلة الثالثة بقسم الفيزياء، كلية التربية في الجامعة المستنصرية للعام الدراسي [2013-2014]0 وقد اختيرت عينة البحث اختيارا قصديا وبلغ عددها [43] طالب وطالبة. وتم التأكد من التكافؤ بين مجموعتي البحث من خلال المتغيرات [العمر بالأشهر، المعلومات السابقة والذكاء]. قدر تعلق الأمر بأدوات البحث فقد تم إعداد اختبارا للتحصيل لعدم وجود اختبارات مناسبة للبحث واستمارة الملاحظة لقياس أداء الرسم البياني. حيث تم صياغة [25] فقرة اختباريه منها [16] فقرة موضوعية من نوع الاختيار من متعدد لأنها تتمتع بدرجة عالية من الثبات، لا تتأثر بذاتية المصحح، توفر تغطية جيدة للمادة الدراسية وتحدد ناتج التعلم المقصود بدرجة عالية و[9] فقرات مقاليه. وتم التأكد من صدق المحتوي واستخراج معاملات الثبات لاستمارة الملاحظة باستخدام معادلة معامل ارتباط بيرسون لتأكيد موضوعية الاستمارة وثباتها. وبعد انتهاء الطلبة من دراسة وممارسة جميع تجارب المختبر، تم اختبار مجموعتي البحث بالاختبار التحصيلي وأداء الرسم البياني. وعند تحليل البيانات تبين تفوق طلبة المجموعة التجريبية التي درست المادة على وفق استراتيجية التفاوض على المجموعة الضابطة التي درست المادة نفسها في الطريقة الاعتيادية في التحصيل وأداء الرسم البياني. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج تم وضع مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات الخاصة والاستفادة منها في مؤسسات تعليمية أخري كالجامعات والمعاهد واقترح أجراء دراسات لاحقة استكمالا للبحث الحالي.
The current research aims to find out the impact of the negotiation strategy in achievement for the material of electronics and the performance to draw data graph among the students of the third stage in the College of Education. To achieve the aim of the research the zero hypotheses was formulate and conducting ion of hypotheses and carrying an experiment lasted for an entire semester, that is the first semester. The population research involves the students in of the third stage, Department of Physics, Faculty of Education at the University of Mustansiriyah for the academic year (2013- 2014). The research sample is selected deliberately and its number (43) students. The equivalence between the research two groups is ensure through the variables Age in months, Previous knowledge and intelligence). As much as it is related to research tools an achievement test has been perpetrated, since there is no suitable tests serve the aims of research, and an observation form to measure the performance to draw data graph. Where a (25) test items are drafted, (16) among them was an objective items of the multiple choice type, because it has a high degree of stability, not affected by the autonomy of the debugger, provides good coverage of the material of study and determine the result of a high degree of learning intended, and (9) essay section items After the end of the students study and practice of all laboratory experiments, the two groups were tested by means of achievement test and skill test chart. Results of data analysis reveals the superiority of students in the experimental group, which studied the material accordance with the strategy of negotiate, on the control group which studied the same material in the usual way in achievement and the performance to draw data graph.
