في البيئات المختلفة ثقافيا على الأعم الأغلب تتضح إشكالية بطئ تفاعل الطلبة الجدد واندماجهم في البيئة الجامعية الجديدة، نتيجة الاختلافات المتعلقة بفهم الطلبة الوافدين لمكونات الثقافة الجديدة وعدم قدرتهم على التواصل الناجح مع أفراد البيئة الأصليين. ما قد تحول من دون تحقق نجاح الطلبة الوافدين في التواصل الشخصي والنجاح في الاندماج الاجتماعي والأكاديمي. اذ تأتي أهمية هذا البحث من أهمية مفهوم الاندماج الجامعي، الذي يسلط الضوء على متغير ذي تأثير في حياة طلبة الجامعة، من خلال دوره في جعل الطالب منسجماً بتطوير قابلياته التعليميه وإمكانياته الاجتماعية السليمة في ضوء النجاح الدراسي الذي يحققه الطالب وفي اقبال الأفراد والانفتاح على البيئة المحيط به والبيئات الأخرى ويجعل منه شخصا قادرا على احتواء ما يواجهه من صعوبات ومشكلات في الحياة أليومية وتحمل الأفراد المسؤولية والسعى إلى تحقق الأهداف المرجوة، ومن اهم هداف هذا البحث: 1-التعرف على الاندماج الجامعي لدى طلبة الجامعة؟ 2-التعرف على فرق الدلالة الإحصائية للاندماج الجامعي لدى طلبة الجامعة على وفق المتغيرات الجنس (ذكور، اناث)، التخصص الدراسي (انساني، علمي)، المرحلة الدراسية (الثانية، الرابعة)، القومية (عربية، كردية، تركمانية). واشتملت عينة البحث على (600) طالب وطالبة من التخصصات العلمية والإنسانية في كليات جامعه كركوك. وبينت النتائج البحث ان فروقا دالة احصائيا في الاندماج الجامعي بين افراد العينة وتبعا لتخصص والقومية والمرحلة الدراسية والنوع الاجتماعي. واوصت الباحث بوصايا منها: الاهتمام في البرامج التربوية في المؤسسات الدراسية، سيما الجامعات تتضمن على برامج توعية تخص الثقافات التي بدورها تساعد على زيادة تفاعل والانسجام والاندماج لدى الطلبة. كما اقترحت مقترحات، منها: إجراء دراسة مماثلة على عينة من طلبة المراحل الاعدايه لزيادة التفاعل والاندماج الذي يؤدي الى التكيف لديهم.
In culturally different milieus, in most cases, the new attending college students' slow interaction and cooperation become evident. This can be attributed to the differences related to their understanding of the university cultural components and their inability to communicate with the college students of higher levels. Thus, the importance of this work ensues from comprehending the university convergence. It sheds light on the variable that has an effect in the students' lives. This factor has a role in making those students conformant and convergent via developing their learning abilities and right social capabilities in the light of their success they achieve and their desire to make social accommodations and convergence in different domains inside the university. This step will enable the individuals to be responsible and responsive as well as cooperative in an attempt to find face their problems and find solutions. The present work aims at the following: 1. Recognizing the university convergence among students. 2. Recognizing the individual differences with statistical evidence for that convergence among the university students according to gender (males and females) and specialty of study (humanistic or scientific) and study level (second or fourth), nationality (Arabic, Kurdish or Turkmen). The sample included in this research comprises 600 students (males and females) from both branches of specialty in the colleges of Kirkuk university. The results showed that there are statistical differences concerning the university convergence are found among those students in relation to nationality, the study level and social type. The researcher recommended that educational programs should be paid considerable attention in educational institutes and universities addressing the various cultures that in turn help increasing the students' awareness and their inclination to converge and cooperate. The researcher also suggests that that a similar study should be done on a sample of students in preparatory schools addressing the same objectives.
