المستخلص: تعكس الشخصيات الدينية المستدعاة أبعاداً اجتماعية ودينية وسياسية وفكرية في الشعر الحديث، مما يتيح التواصل بين الماضي والحاضر، وفي هذه الحالة يبرز دور المتلقي الذي يكشف بوعيه عن قيمة ذلك التواصل، وأثره في النص الشعري الجديد، التعبير بهذه الرموز ومعطيات التراث الديني تعطي زخماً وغني وخصوبة للنص الشعري، وأصالة لأدب الأديب وهذا ما دأب عليه الشعراء المعاصرون. والشاعر السوري نزار قباني عكف على توظيف تقنيات حديثة في منجزه الشعري، لما فيها من قدرة على توجيه الأفكار وتعميق الرؤية الفنية وإثراء النص وتخصيبه، ومن هذه التقنيات التي عمد لها في تجربته الشعرية استدعاءه لشخصية الإمام الحسين (ع)، فهذه الشخصية النضالية الفريدة منذ قديم الزمن كانت رمزاً خالداً وسراجاً منيراً للشعراء والكتاب يستلهمون منها أفكارهم وتطلعاتهم النضالية.
هذه الدراسة التي اعتمدت في خطتها على المنهج الوصفي-التحليلي، ترصد استدعاء شخصية الإمام الحسين (ع) في شعر نزار قباني، وتحاول بقدر الإمكان استجلاء الدور الرمزي والفاعلية الدلالية لهذه الشخصية. وقد توصلنا إلى نتائج أهمها أن نزار قباني أتخذ الإمام الحسين (ع) كرمز ليعبر عن أفكاره النضالية ورؤيته الفنية بالنسبة للقضايا السياسية وكانت تجتاح البلاد العربية. فهذه الشخصية النضالية في شعر نزار قباني تعتبر رمزاً خالداً للتضحية والفداء من أجل المبدأ، في البحث عن العدالة ونصرة المستضعفين في وجه الجبروت.

Recalled religious personalities manifest social, religious, political and intellectual dimensions in respect to modern poetry, allowing communication to take place between the past and the present. In this case, the role of the recipient is highlighted, which, through his awareness, reveals the value of that communication and its impact upon the new poetry text. The expression with these symbols and the produce of the religious heritage provides momentum, richness and fertility to the poetry text and to the originality of the work of the writer (poet). This is what contemporary poets have persevered upon. The Syrian poet Nizar Qubani adhered to employing modern techniques in his poetic accomplishment, due to what they contained, in terms of the power to direct ideas, bring depth to artistic visions and enrich the text and make it fertile. Among these techniques, which he followed in his poetic experimentation, was recalling the personality of Imam Al-Hussein (peace be upon him). This personality that engaged in struggle, unique from ancient times, represented an eternal symbol and shining lantern for poets and writers, who sought inspiration from it for their ideas and aspirations related to struggles.
This research, which adopted, in its planning, the descriptive analytical methodological approach, explores the recalling of the personality of Imam Al-Hussein (peace be upon him), within the poetry of Nizar Qubani, and attempts, as much as possible, to make clear the symbolic role and the semantic effectiveness of this personality. We reached conclusions, the most significant of which was that Nizar Qubani took Imam Al-Hussein (peace be upon him) as a symbol to express his ideas about struggle and his artistic vision in relation to political issues which were sweeping across the Arab countries. This personality of struggle, within the poetry of Nizar Qubani, is considered to be an eternal symbol of sacrifice for the sake of upholding the principle, in the search for justice and supporting the weak and oppressed in the face of tyranny.
