للعوامل البشرية تأثير مباشر وغیر مباشر في تغیر زراعة الحبوب في منطقة الدراسة فأن تأثيرها واضح في تغیر زراعة الحبوب على عكس العوامل الطبيعة التي تبین ان آثارها قليلة في منطقة الدراسة وهذا آدا إلى تغیر زراعة الحبوب ما بین أجزاء منطقة الدراسة. كما تبین أيضا في هذا البحث ان سكان منطقة الدراسة قد بلغ ( 97634 ) نسمة في عام ( 1977 ) أما في عام 2010 )) فقد بلغ ( 365832 ) نسمة وهم في زيادة مستمرة بمرور الزمن. أما بالنسبة للري فأنه یتمثل في أربع أنماط للري في منطقة الدراسة وهي (الري السیحي-والري بالواسطة– والري بالرش– والري الدیمي) وبهذا فان المساحات المزروعة في كل نمط متغيرة من نمط لأخر. إما بالنسبة للنقل والتسويق فيوجد في منطقة الدراسة طرق مختلفة تساعد على تغیر الزراعة كما یوجد وسائل نقل مختلفة في منطقة الدراسة لنقل كميات الإنتاج من الحقول إلى أماكن التسويق والخزن لكنها قليلة. إما السياسات الزراعية فلها أثار بالغة في تغیر زراعة الحبوب. فضلا عن التوسع العمراني وتأثيره الكبير في القضاء على المساحات الزراعية في جمیع نواحي منطقة الدراسة. وللعوامل الفنية تأثير بالغ في تغیر المساحات الزراعية فكلما تطورت الآلات الزراعية والمكائن واستعمال البذور والأسمدة المحسنة ذات الصنف الجید تساعد في تطور النشاط الزراعي بشكل عام والحبوب بشكل خاص.

While the watering is represented in four manners: to cause to run, by means, by spraying, by rain. Based on these ways, the planting areas in each manner is changeable. The transportation and marketing is existed in various ways that help in changing the planting and transportation the production from the fields into the stores. While the planting policies have an effect on changing in planting seeds. The expand of building has a big effect on the planting areas in the study area. The technical factors affect in changing the planting areas. The development of tools and machines and using the good seeds and chemical fertilizer which help in improving the planting activity in general and the seeds especially.
