المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى التحقق من فعالية برنامج إرشادي قائم على فنيات العلاج بالمعنى في تعديل اتجاهات معلمي الدمج ثم قياس أثر البرنامج في تحسين الكفاءة الاجتماعية لدى هؤلاء المعلمين للطلاب العاديين وغير العاديين بالحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي، والتأكد من استمرار فعالية البرنامج بعد فترة المتابعة على (10) من المعلمين العاملين بمدارس الدمج وذوي الاتجاهات السلبية نحو الدمج وذلك بعد انتقائهم وإحداث التكافؤ بينهم مع مجموعة أخرى ضابطة في (الاتجاه نحو الدمج - العمر الزمني - مدة الخبرة)، وكذا اختيار (32) من طلاب هؤلاء المعلمين وإجراء التكافؤ بين طلاب المجموعتين في العمر الزمني - مستوى الكفاءة الاجتماعية منهم (16) عاديين و(16) غير العاديين، وبعد تطبيق أدوات البحث وهي من أعداد الباحثة (مقياس الاتجاه نحو الدمج للمعلمين - مقياس الكفاءة الاجتماعية للطلاب المدمجين) وتطبيق البرنامج المعهد لهذه الدراسة، أظهرت النتائج في القياس البعدي فعالية البرنامج المستخدم في تعديل اتجاهات معلمي الدمج وتحسين الكفاءة الاجتماعية لطلابهم وكذا استمرار التحسن بعد فترة المتابعة.

The objective of the current research is to verify the effectiveness of a mentoring programme based on treatment techniques in the sense of modifying the attitudes of integration teachers, then measure the impact of the program on improving the social efficiency of these teachers for ordinary and extraordinary students in the second course of primary education, and to ensure the effectiveness of the program after the period of follow-up on (10) teachers working in integration schools and those with negative attitudes towards integration. That was after they were selected and paired with another control group (trend towards integration - age - duration of experience), after selecting them and achieving parity between them with another control group in the trend towards integration, age and duration of experience, as well as the selection of 32 students of these teachers and achieving parity between the students of both groups in the age - the level of social their efficiency, (16) of them are ordinary and (16) extraordinary students. Following the application of research tools, which are prepared by the researcher (the measure of the trend towards integration of teachers - the measure of social efficiency of integrated students) and the application of the prepared program for this study, the results of the post-measurement showed the effectiveness of the program used to modify the attitudes of integration teachers and improve the social efficiency of their students, as well as the continued improvement after the follow-up period.
