| 520 | |b Economic crime makes up a threat against the national economic security in every nation. As a result of the economic globalization, barriers have been done away with between the different world economies. Consequently, economic crime has been representing a threat against the world economy. However, economic crimes vary including human trafficking, money laundry, drug dealing, theft of intellectual property and many others. Money laundry is one of the most dangerous crimes because it depends on overlaying all monies arising from the other economic crimes. As the effect of this crime extends to all world economies, it is the duty of all states to take measures in order to control such economic crime. Therefore, the effect of money laundry crime on the economies of some countries will be highlighted. Likewise, the international diplomatic efforts of some international organizations and super powers that have been and still encounter this crime will be defined. Actually, it is the natural outcome of all forms of international corruption including drug dealing, money of officials, who accept big bribes and look for any away to hide their money sources in addition to some other economic crimes. | ||
