المستخلص: استحوذت حوكمة الشركات على اهتمام الاكاديميين في الدول المتقدمة والنامية على حد سواء، عقب الانهيارات والأزمات المالية العالمية الناتجة عن حالات الفساد المالي والإداري. تنبع أهمية هذه الدراسة من ايضاحها لمدى تأثير الحوكمة على الأداء المالي للشركات الصناعية المدرجة بالسوق المالية. توصلت الدراسة الى المتغير المستقل (الحوكمة) يفسر التباين في المتغير التابع (الأداء المالي للشركات الصناعية) والذي تم قياسه باستخدام عدد من المؤشرات المالية (العائد على الاصول، العائد على المساهمين، نسبة التداول، نسبة المديونية والربح الموزع للسهم). أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الزام الشركات بتطبيق مبادئ حوكمة الشركات لأنها تؤدي لتحسين أداء الشريكات.

The corporate governance has captured the attention of academics in developed and developing countries alike, Following the collapse of the global financial crisis and the resulting cases of financial and administrative corruption. The importance of this study clarified the extent of the impact on the value of corporate governance of listed companies, Through the identification of the principles of corporate governance and its impact on the value of the company and its financial position. The study sought to determine the impact of corporate governance on the value of the company, case study of industrial companies listed on Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).The importance of study in clarifying the impact of governance on the center companies in the market. The study found that the independent variable (governance) explains the variation in the dependent variable value of the company, which has been measured using several financial indicators (return on assets, return on equity, the trading ratio, debt ratio and dividend per share).. Find recommended the need to oblige companies to apply the principles of corporate governance because they lead to preserve the rights of individuals associated with the company.
