المستخلص: God sent down (revealed) Islam as a religion for all people altogether, and he considered conveying it to people and inviting people to embrace it as one of the best deeds. God chose Mohammed (peace be upon him) to carry the greatest invitation to embrace Islam, which is the most perspicuous guidance the most permanent law and commanded him to convey this religion. The messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) used different methods to spread this religion and to convey it to all people altogether. One of these methods (ways) is sending messages to kings and princes to make the invitation to Islam reach (access to) all parts of the world. Al-hudaibiya treaty (reconciliation) gave a chance (an opportunity) to expand (widen) the range of the invitation to Islam inside and outside of the Island of kings and the princes took place. No doubt, the massager of the messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) to the kings of the neighboring countries are a practical expression of the internationality (universality) of the Islamic message. The messenger (peace be upon him) used the helping means that made his messages succeed. Thus he adopted a signet ring made of silver and the words, "Mohammed, the messenger of Allah", were engraved on it; he also chose the best of his friends and med them well qualified for bearing the trust (responsibility) of carrying his messages. He adopted the most convenient (the most solid) and the shortest ways to convey Islam to all people altogether, so his messages (peace be upon him) had (or showed) accuracy and target-achieving with brevity and clarity and they reached a great extent of jurisprudence (doctrin) and eloquence (fluency) wothy of being mentioned and praised.

أنزل الله الإسلام دينا للناس أجمعين، وجعل تبليغه والدعوة إليه من أفضل الأعمال، واختار الله محمداً صلى الله عليه وسلم لحمل أعظم دعوة، وأنقى هدى، وأجمع رسالة، وأبقى شريعة، وأمره بتبليغ هذا الدين. فاتخذ رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم مختلف الوسائل لنشر هذا الدين، وتبليغه للناس أجمعين ومن ذلك مراسلة الملوك والأمراء، لتصل دعوة الإسلام إلى جميع أنحاء الأرض. وقد أتاح صلح الحديبية الفرصة لتوسيع نطاق الدعوة إلى الإسلام داخل الجزيرة العربية وخارجها، فكانت مراسلة الملوك والأمراء. ولا شك أن رسائل الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم إلى ملوك الدول المجاورة، تعبير عملي عن عالمية الرسالة الإسلامية. واستخدم الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم وسائل معينة لنجاح هذه الرسائل، فاتخذ لنفسه خاتماً من فضة نقش عليه (محمد رسول الله)، واختار خيرة أصحابه وأكثرهم أهلية للقيام بأمانة حمل رسائله. فسلك في دعوته أقوم سبيل وأقربها إلى حمل الإسلام إلى الناس جميعاً، فتجلت في رسائله صلى الله عليه وسلم الدقة، وإصابة الهدف مع الإيجاز والوضوح، وبلغت حدا من الفقه والفصاحة يستحق الذكر والإشادة.
