المستخلص: The government is regarded to be from the most important tools to improve the performance of companies through the adoption of the principles of transparency, integrity and accountability. This study has focused upon highlighting the extent of its contribution in respect to reducing the risk of administrative and financial corruption that impedes effective economic development. Through exploration of the UAE experience in the field of governance practice to combat administrative and financial corruption, it was concluded that this contribution is achieved by activating the role of internal and external governance mechanisms; including legal, administrative, financial and accounting systems in line with applied international standards.

La gouvernance est considérée parmi les plus importants outils de l’amélioration de la performance des sociétés, par l’adoption des principes de la transparence, l’honnêteté et la responsabilité. La présente étude s’est focalisée sur la mise en relief de l’étendue de sa contribution dans la limitation des risques de la corruption administrative et financière qui entravent la réalisation d’un développement économique efficace. En abordant l’expérience des Emirats dans le domaine de l’exercice de la gouvernance pour lutter contre la corruption administrative et financière, on a conclu que cette contribution se concrétise par l’activation du rôle des mécanismes de gouvernance intérieure aussi bien qu’extérieure, ceux légaux ou administratifs ainsi que les systèmes financiers et comptables au fur et à mesure avec les normes internationaux en vigueur.

تعد الحوكمة من أهم الأدوات لتحسين أداء الشركات، من خلال تبني مبادئ الشفافية والنزاهة والمساءلة، وقد ركزت هذه الدراسة على إبراز مدى مساهمتها في الحد من مخاطر الفساد الإداري والمالي الذي يعيق تحقيق تنمية اقتصادية فعالة. ومن خلال التطرق للتجربة الإماراتية في مجال ممارسة الحوكمة لمحاربة الفساد الإداري والمالي تم التوصل إلى أن هذه المساهمة تتحقق بتفعيل دور آليات الحوكمة الداخلية والخارجية القانونية منها والإدارية والنظم المالية والمحاسبية تماشيا مع المعايير الدولية المعمول بها.
