هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على فاعلية برنامج التدريب المعرفي في تحسين الوظائف التنفيذية لدى الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 16 تلميذة من تلميذات ذوات الإعاقة الفكرية تم سحبهن من عينة أكبر بلغ عددها 40 تلميذة ممن حصلن على أعلى الدرجات في مقياس قائمة التقدير السلوكي للوظائف التنفيذية، في المدى العمري من ٩- ١٢ سنة، تم تقسيمهن إلى مجموعة تجريبية (٨ تلميذات، متوسط عمر 12 سنة وانحراف معياري 1،30 ومتوسط الذكاء 12، 41 وانحراف معياري 5.44) ومجموعة ضابطة (8 تلميذات، متوسط العمر ٧٥، ١١ وانحراف معياري 1.03 ، ومتوسط الذكاء 12، 41 وانحراف معياري 5.59)، وتم التحقق من التجانس بين المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة في الوظائف التنفيذية العمر الذكاء، وتم استخدام المنهج شبه التجريبي، وتم إجراء الدراسة بمدينة الرياض، وتم استخدام مقياس قائمة التقدير السلوكي للوظائف التنفيذية، إعداد/ جويا، إسكيث، غي، وكينوورثي (٢٠٠١)، ترجمة وتعريب أبو زيد (٢٠١٧)، وبرنامج التدريب المعرفي، إعداد / الباحثة ، وتكون البرنامج من ٢٢ جلسة ، وتم الاعتماد على عدد من الفنيات وهي: الاختيار، التجميع، التوليف، النمذجة، التلخيص، التكرار واتباع التعليمات، وأسفرت النتائج عن فاعلية برنامج التدريب المعرفي في تحسين الوظائف التنفيذية لدى التلميذات ذوي الاعاقة الفكرية، وأوصت الدراسة بأهمية تضمين التدريب على الوظائف التنفيذية وتحسينها من خلال المقررات والأنشطة المدرسية، وتدريب المعلمين والآباء على استخدام الأنشطة المعرفية عند تعليم وتربية الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية لما لها تأثير فعال في تحسين الوظائف التنفيذية.
The present study aimed to identify the Effectiveness of cognitive training in improving executive functions (Inhibit- Shift- Emotional Control) in children with intellectual disabilities, The study sample consisted of 16 girl pupils with intellectual disabilities who were withdrawn from a larger sample of 40 girl pupils who got on the highest scores in Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function (BRIEF), the age range of 9-12 years ,They were divided into an experimental group (8 pupils, average age of 12 years and standard deviation of 1.30, average IQ 41,12 and standard deviation 5,44) and a control group (8 pupils, average age of 11,75 years and standard deviation of 1.03, average IQ 41,12 and standard deviation 5,59 ), It was verified homogeneity between the experimental group and the control group in executive functions and the intelligence, The semi-experimental approach was used, The study was conducted in Riyadh, it was used Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function (BRIEF) prepared by/ Gioia, Isquith, Guy, and Kenworthy (2001), translation by Abouzaid, (2017), Cognitive Training Program (CTP), by / Researcher, The program consisted of 22 meetings, A number of techniques were used: selection, assembly, synthesis, modeling, summary, repetition and following instructions, The results have resulted in the effectiveness of cognitive training program to improve the executive functions(Inhibit- Shift- Emotional Control) of the students with intellectual disabilities, The study recommended the importance of including training and improvement of executive functions through school courses and activities, And teachers and parents training to use cognitive activities when teaching and education of children with intellectual disabilities because they have an effective impact on the improvement of executive functions.
