المستخلص: The research aims to know the degree of use of social networking among the students of the Faculty of Education at the University of Damascus. And know common mental problems among the students of the Faculty of Education at the University of Damascus. And know the relationship between the use of social networks and mental problems. Known significant differences in the subjects' responses search to identify the use of social networking and the measure of psychological problems according to research variables: (years using the Internet, the school year). The researcher relied on descriptive analytical approach, and used two tools: (identifying the use of social networking, and the measure of psychological problems). The research sample included (400) students in the Faculty of Education at the University of Damascus. One of the main findings of the research: There is a positive correlation statistically significant between the use of social networking and psychological problems among the students of the Faculty of Education at the University of Damascus. There are significant differences between the average members of the research sample answer to identify the use of social networking according to the variable-year use of communication networks for the benefit of students who have been using since networking for 5 + years. There are significant differences between the average members of the research sample answer to identify the use of social networking variable according to the school year for first-year students. There are significant differences between the average members of the research sample answer on a scale of psychological problems according to a variable-year use of communication networks for the benefit of students who have been using since networking for 5 + Years.

هدف البحث إلى تعرف درجة استخدام شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي لدى طلبة كلية التربية في جامعة دمشق. وتعرف المشكلات النفسية الشائعة لدى طلبة كلية التربية في جامعة دمشق. وتعرف العلاقة بين استخدام شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي وبين المشكلات النفسية. تعرف دلالة الفروق في إجابات أفراد عينة البحث على استبانة استخدام شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي ومقياس المشكلات النفسية وفق متغيرات البحث: (سنوات استخدام الإنترنت، السنة الدراسية). واعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي، واستخدمت أداتي البحث: (استبانة استخدام شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، ومقياس المشكلات النفسية) وشملت عينة البحث (400) طالبا وطالبة في كلية التربية في جامعة دمشق. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث: 1) توجد علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استخدام شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي وبين المشكلات النفسية لدى طلبة كلية التربية في جامعة دمشق. 2) توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط إجابات أفراد عينة البحث على استبانة استخدام شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي وفق متغير سنوات استخدام شبكات التواصل لصالح الطلبة الذين كانوا يستخدمون شبكات التواصل منذ مدة 5 سنوات فأكثر. 3) توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط إجابات أفراد عينة البحث على استبانة استخدام شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي وفق متغير السنة الدراسية لصالح طلبة السنة الأولى. 4) توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط إجابات أفراد عينة البحث على مقياس المشكلات النفسية وفق متغير سنوات استخدام شبكات التواصل لصالح الطلبة الذين كانوا يستخدمون شبكات التواصل منذ مدة 5 سنوات فأكثر
