المستخلص: The study aimed to identify the obstacles to the training communication that may be faced by teacher students in the Syrian universities during the application of the program of practicum, and know the degree of these obstacles from the point of view of the students themselves, know the significance of differences according to gender variables, and the University, and to propose procedures to reduce the obstacles of communication teacher Student with all parties to the program. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a list of communication obstacles was prepared, consisting of (66) items, which was distributed in four dimensions centered on the obstacles of communication at the teacher student with the supervisor and the cooperating teacher and the school administration and the college of education in the university. And a questionnaire was prepared to identify the obstacles of the student's communication. Which included (66) items, were applied to a sample of (567) male and female teacher students in the Syrian universities The study resulted about the obstacles of the training communication at the teacher student with the Elements of practicum have ranged between the few and the medium. The obstacles of the teacher's student communication, which are related to the Faculty of Education, ranked first with (62.98%) and second, (56.22%) which is associated with the school administration, followed by the third rank (54.42%), which is associated with the cooperating teacher, all of which are middle grades, while the fourth and final rank, which is associated with the supervisor, reached (53.72%), and no statistically significant differences in the degree of impediments to the continuation of the student teacher with the supervisor, the cooperating teacher, the school administration, and the Faculty of Education in the university during the application of the program of practicum, depending on gender and university. The study concluded that some of the measures proposed to reduce the obstacles of the student's continuation of the classroom teacher with all parties to the program practicum of the classroom teacher with all parties to the program practicum.

ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم إعداد قائمة بمعوقات التواصل، شملت (66) مفردة، تم توزيعها على أربعة أبعاد، تتمحور حول معوقات التواصل التدريبي لدى الطالب المعلم مع كل من المشرف والمعلم المتعاون والإدارة المدرسية وكلية التربية، وتم إعداد استبانة معوقات التواصل التدريبي لدى الطالب معلم الصف، ضمت (66) مفردة، تم تطبيقها على عينة تكونت من (567) طالباً وطالبة من طلاب معلم الصف في الجامعات السورية، وأسفرت النتائج عن تراوح درجات معوقات التواصل التدريبي لدى الطالب معلم الصف مع أطراف التربية العملية بين القليلة والمتوسطة؛ فجاءت معوقات تواصله مع كلية التربية في المرتبة الأولى بدرجة بلغت (62.98%)، ثم في المرتبة الثانية، التي مع الإدارة المدرسية بدرجة بلغت (56.22%)، ثم في المرتبة الثالثة، التي مع المعلم المتعاون بدرجة بلغت (54.42%)، وكلها درجات متوسطة، فيما حل في المرتبة الرابعة والأخيرة، التي مع المشرف بدرجة قليلة بلغت (53.72%)، كما بينت عدم ظهور فروق دالة إحصائياً في درجة هذه المعوقات، تبعاً لمتغيري الجنس، والجامعة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى تقديم بعض الإجراءات المقترحة للحد من معوقات تواصل الطالب معلم الصف مع كل أطراف برنامج التربية العملية.
