أصبح من أولويات الجامعات في الوقت المعاصر الاعتماد على صناع المعرفة، باعتبارهم المورد الأقوى للمنظمة لما يحملوه من أفكار ومعارف إبداعية تعتبر ثروة لا يمكن التخلي عنها، لذا يجب على المنظمات التعليمية البحث عنهم واستثمار أفكارهم بما يساهم في ترشيد القرارات الإدارية، ومن هنا تتجسد مشكلة الدراسة بالنسبة لأبعاد صناع المعرفة هل لها تأثير على ترشيد القرارات الإدارية من خلال دراسة استطلاعية في جامعة تكريت، وان صناع المعرفة لهم دور بارز في صناعة القرارات الإدارية من خلال ما يمتلكونه من معارف جديدة، ولمحدودية الدراسات التي تناولت العلاقة بين هذه المتغيرات فقد تضمن الباحث هذه المتغيرات ضمن إطار شمولي في محاولة لدراسة العلاقة والأثر بينهما، وشملت الدراسة عينة عشوائية مكونة من ((60 شخصاً ممن يحملون لقب (أستاذ واستاذ مساعد) في جامعة تكريت، وبشكل عام تحاول الدراسة الإجابة على التساؤل الاتي ما العلاقة والأثر بين أبعاد صناع المعرفة والقرارات الإدارية؟ وتوصلت الدراسة الي مجموعة من الاستنتاجات أهمها تحقق وجود علاقة ارتباط وأثر بين متغيرات الدراسة، وقدم الباحث مجموعة من المقترحات التي تنسجم مع تلك الاستنتاجات كان أهمها أنشاء شعبة جديدة في الجامعة المبحوثة تسمي شعبة (المعرفة) تقوم بتشجيع صناع المعرفة على تقديم أفكارهم الإبداعية للمساهمة في اتخاذ القرارات مما يعزز من مكانة الجامعة.

The study came to a set of conclusions the most important check the presence of correlation and impact between the variables of the study, the researcher presented a set of proposals that are consistent with these findings the most important was the establishment of a new division in the surveyed university called Division (knowledge) is encouraging knowledge-makers to submit their creative ideas to contribute to the decision decisions which enhances the prestige of the university.
