|a تختلف نظريات العلاقات الدولية في تحليل طبيعة بنية النظام الدولي وأيديولوجيته، وكذلك في تفسيرها للتحولات التي تطرأ عليه، وفي محاولة البحث عن مقاربة نظرية لمستقبل التحولات في بنية النظام الدولي، تهدف الدراسة للاستفادة من المنظورين الواقعي والبنائي باعتبارهما يقدمان أبرز الاسهامات في تفسير التحولات في بنية النظام الدولي، إذ يعرف المنظور الواقعي النظام الدولي من خلال طبيعة علاقات القوة بين القوى الكبرى في العالم، في حين يعرف المنظور البنائي النظام الدولي من خلال طبيعة الثقافة الدولية السائدة، ويطرح المنظور البنائي تصورا مختلفاً للمرحلة الانتقالية التي يمر بها النظام الدولي، فالإصرار على فرض نظام العولمة الغربية باستخدام القوة الصلبة، أو باستخدام القوة الذكية، أدى إلى ارتفاع مستوى الفوضى في العلاقات الدولية، وهو ما دفع إلى القناعة بضرورة تدعيم الاستقرار على حساب الديمقراطية، وهذه الجزئية هي أحد المكونات الأساسية للعقيدة "النظامية ، التي تعمل روسيا على تجذيرها في العلاقات الدولية في السنوات الأخيرة. لذا فإن المرحلة الانتقالية التي يمر بها النظام الدولي، من وجهة نظر البنائيين، مرتبطة بعدم استقرار التجاذبات الأيديولوجية بين العقيدة النظامية التي تتبناها روسيا وأيديولوجيا نظام العولمة الغربية التي يتبناها الغرب كعقيدة أيديولوجية، وهو ما سوف ينعكس على مستقبل بنية التحولات في النظام الدولي والاتجاهات المتوقعة لعلاقات القوى في هذا النظام.

|f Theories of international relations differ in the analysis of the nature of the structure and ideology of the international system, as well as in their interpretation of the transformations taking place in it. In an attempt to seek a theoretical approach to the future of the transformations in the structure of the international system, the study aims to take advantage of the realistic and constructive perspectives as presenting the most prominent Contributions to the interpretation of the changes in the structure of the international system. The realistic perspective defines the international system through the nature of power relations among the world's major powers, while the constructive perspective defines the international system through the nature of the prevailing international culture. The insistence on imposing a system of Western globalization using solid force or smart power has led to a rise in the level of chaos in international relations, which led to the conviction of the need to consolidate stability at the expense of democracy. This part is one of the basic components of the "systematic doctrine" that Russia has been rooting in international relations in recent years. Therefore, the transitional stage of the international system, from the point of view of the constructivists, is linked to the instability of ideological rivalries between the systematic orthodoxy adopted by Russia, and the ideology of the Western system of globalization adopted by the West as an ideological doctrine, which will be reflected on the future structure of shifts in the international system and the expected trends of power relations in this system. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
