تعتبر مؤسسات التعليم الجامعي مركز الإشعاع للعلوم والمعارف في المجتمع ومعقلا للفكر الإنساني في أرفع مستوياته ومصدر الاستثمار وتنمية أهم ثروات المجتمع وأنماطه وهي الثروة البشرية، ويمثل الأستاذ الجامعي أهم عناصر منظومة التعليم العالي حيث أنه المنوط به القيام بأهم أدوراها (التعليم-البحث العلمي -خدمة المجتمع). ويعد مستوي الأداء التعليمي للأستاذ للجامعي محكا أساسيا للحكم على مدي جودة الخدمات التي تقدمها المؤسسات التعليمية، يهدف البحث الحالي إلى الإجابة على سؤال رئيسي وهو: ما مدي شيوع أو تكرار المظاهر السلبية المتعلقة بالصورة الذهنية المدركة للأستاذ الجامعي بكليات التربية البدنية والرياضة فيما يتعلق بأبعاد الدراسة؟ وقد أستخدم للباحث المنهج الوصفي نظرا للطبيعة الاستكشافية للدراسة، وتم تطبيق استبيان من إعداد الباحث مكون من خمسة محاور هي (المظهر العام، المستوي الأخلاقي، السلوك الاجتماعي، الكفاءة العلمية، الوضع المادي) تمثل الصورة الذهنية للأستاذ الجامعي، على عينة مكونة من (162) عضوا من هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية البدنية والرياضة بجامعات (حلوان-الإسكندرية – المنصورة-أسيوط). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أهم النتائج التالية: - 1-أن هناك قدر كبير من التساهل فيما يتعلق بالمظهر العام الذي ينبغي أن يتحلى به الأستاذ الجامعي بكليات للتربية البدنية والرياضة. 2-أن الجانب الأخلاقي لدي بعض أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية البدنية والرياضة يتصف بصفات غير حميدة من الناحية الأخلاقية، والسلوك اللفظي غير الملائم. ٣-انخفاض الكفاءة العلمية ووجود قصور لدي البعض فيما يتعلق بتوصيل المادة العلمية للطلاب، أيضا انخفاض الحماس والتفكير في البحث العلمي، وافتقاد الأستاذ القدوة في الناحية العلمية. 4-أن هناك عدم رضا عن العائد والدخل المادي لمهنة عضو هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية البدنية والرياضة، يؤدي بالبعض إلى السعي عن أساليب أخري لزيادة دخلوهم ولو بشكل غير قانوني.
The institutions of higher Education are considered the centre of radiation for science, knowled gement in the society, the guide of human thought at its highest levels, the source of investment and developing the most important treasure of society, it is the humanity treasure. The professor of university represents the most important element of high Education community because he plays an important role in (Education_ Scientific research _Helping society). The level of educauonal performance of the professor an essential touchstone forjudging the quality of services provided by educauonal insUtutions, the current research aims to answer the key question is: How common or recurrence of the negative aspects of the image perceived mental faculties of the university professor of physical education and sport with regard to the dimensions of the study? The researcher used a descriptive approach given the exploratory nature of the study was a questionnaire prepared by the researcher of a five-axes (general appearance, level of moral, social behavior, scientific competence, the financial situation) is the mental image of the professor, on a sample of (162) a member of the faculty of physical education and sports at universities (Helwan - Alexandria - Mansoura - Assiut). The study found the most important results the following: ~ - that there is a great deal of leniency with regard to general appearance should possess a university professor by the faculties of physical education and sport. - 1'he ethical aspect I have some members of the faculty of physical education and sport is characterized by qualities not benign, moral, and inappropriate verbal behavior. - low efficiency and the existence of scientific failings of the other in the delivery of scientific material for students, will also lower the enthusiasm and thinking in scientific research, and the lack of role models in Professor scientifically. - that there is dissatisfaction with the revenue and income for a career member of faculty of physical education and sport, leading some to seek other means to increase income even illegally.
