|f In light of the emergence of urban transport as one of the problems arising from the rapid development of cities, the extension of their scope and the increase in their number, which is if not the most complex at all, as many countries, such as Algeria, for example, tried to invest in this field, particularly in the metropolitan cities, to control the movements within the city and manage them.\nWe will try to identify the problem in one of the Algerian provinces, the city of Annaba.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.

|a في ظل بروز النقل الحضري كإحدى المشاكل المنبثقة عن التطور المتسارع للمدن وامتداد مجالاتها وازدياد عددها وهذا إن لم يكن أعقدها على الإطلاق، حيث حاولت كثير من الدول كالجزائر مثلاً الاستثمار في هذا المجال خاصة في الحواضر الكبرى بهدف التحكم في التنقلات داخل المدينة وتسييرها بزيادة البنيات التحتية، وزيادة الوسائل وتنويعها، ولكن لوحظ أن المشكل ما فتئ يزداد تأزما من يوم لآخر، إذ سنحاول من خلال هذا المقال تشخيص المشكلة في إحدى الولايات الجزائرية وهي مدينة عنابة.

|d L’émergence des transports en commun est une suite logique au développement soutenu des villes en nombre et en diversification de leurs champs d' activités. Ils sont toutefois devenus l'un des problèmes sinon le plus grave d'entre eux que bon nombre de pays -à l'instar de l'Algérie- ont essayé de s'impliquer dans ce domaine -surtout dans les grands centres urbains- en vue de maitriser et de gérer la circulation à l'interieur des villes à travers un éventail d'infrastructures visant à la fois l'augmentation et la diversification des moyens . Malgré les efforts déployés le résultat demeure en deca des attentes. Les difficultés au lieu de régresser n'ont fait qu'empirer. Et c'est cette problématique qui sera saisie pour faire l'objet d'un diagnostic par cette présente contribution
