المستخلص: Dans cet article, on a élaboré un travail clinique à travers une expérience de terrain sur quatre cas d’enfants ayant été victimes d’abus sexuel extrafamilial. Cela fait tout en présentant, de manière systématisée, les signes et les symptômes significatifs dans l’émergence de manifestation de la souffrance poste- traumatique chez ces enfants. Les rencontres cliniques se sont déroulées à Travers sept entretiens semi- directifs avec, pour chacune, une semaine d’intervalle ainsi qu’une passation de dessin libre et de dessin de Bonhomme dans deux entretiens successifs. Dans cette perspective, l’objectif primordial de cette étude est de repérer et dépister la souffrance psychique de l’enfant abuse sexuellement, l’aider à verbaliser sa souffrance et enfin proposer, au terme de ce repérage pathologique, un schéma thérapeutique.

في هذا المقال، قمنا بتطوير عمل عيادي لأربع أطفال ضحايا اعتداء جنسي خارج العائلة، من خلال عرض منظم لمجموع الأعراض والمؤشرات الدالة على ظهور معاناة ما بعد الصدمة لدى هؤلاء الأطفال. التعامل العيادي تم من خلال سبع مقابلات نصف موجهة بمعدل مقابلة في الأسبوع، واختبار الرسم الحر، واختبار رسم الشخص في مقابلتين متتاليتين. من هذا المنظور تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن المعاناة النفسية التي يعيشها الأطفال ضحايا التحرش الجنسي، ومساعدتهم على التعبير عن معاناتهم، وأخيراً اقتراح مخطط علاجي يتوافق وهذا العرض السيكوباتولوجي.

In this article, we have developed a clinical work across field experience, four cases of children who have been victims of extra familial sexual abuse. This makes, while presenting in a systematic manner, the signs and significant symptoms in the emergence of manifestation of posttraumatic pain in these children. The clinical meetings were held through seven semi-structured interviews for each one, a week apart and a free drawing for the award and snowman drawing in two successive interviews. In this sense, the goal of this study is to detect the psychological suffering of the abused child sexually, help him to verbalize his pain and finally offers, according to this pathological explanation, a therapeutic scheme.
