المستخلص: تعددت النصوص التي تناولت تجربة السجن (شعراً، نثراً)، حتى فرضت نفسها على مختلف الآداب العالمية، وذلك بغض النظر عن اختلافات سياقاتها الثقافية والسياسية والدينية، ولطالما كانت مادة خصبة للإبداع على امتداد التاريخ الإنساني، وبالرغم من تداول مصطلح "مذكرات السجن" وبشكل واسع النطاق على ساحة الأدب المعاصر، إلا أنه ما يزال مبهما، ولم يلق حظه بالقدر الكافي من اهتمام الباحثين؛ لربما يرجع ذلك لتشابكه مع أجناس كالسيرة الذاتية، اليوميات، الخواطر والاعترافات، أو لتعدد تعريفاته بالاعتقاد تارة والمقاومة تارة أخرى، غير أنه ومع التحولات السياسية والثقافية المعاصرة التي شهدتها العلاقة بين المثقف والسلطة في إثر فترات الصدام، سرعان ما كثرت الكتابات النسوية الخاصة بالسجن بعد أن كانت موقوفة على الرجال فحسب. هذا وتعد "نوال السعداوي" و "شهر نوش بارسي بور" من أبرز المثقفات النسويات المتمردات في الأدبين العربي الفارسي اللواتي ارتبطت نصوصهن الأدبية بتجربة شديدة الخصوصية كتجربة "مذكرات السجن"، وذلك حينما ألقت السلطات بهما في السجن والاعتقال، ورغم اختلاف ظروف تجربتهن، ومنطلقاتهن الفكرية والسياسية، وتنوع البيئتين اللتين تنتميان إليهما، غير أن تجربة الحبس والأحداث التاريخية والإنسانية التي حملت كلاهما عبء التصدي لها في مذكراتهما يبدو أن ذلك قد شكل نوعا من التأثير؛ مما دفعنا للبحث عن أوجه التشابه والاختلاف بينهما، ومن ثم جاء هذا البحث وفقا لمنهجية الأدب المقارن واعتمادا على منهج تحليل المضمون لتوضح الدوافع التي تقف وراء النصوص المختارة؛ لتسليط الضوء على أدب مذكرات السجن في الأدبين العربي والفارسي من خلال دراسة "مذكراتي في سجن النساء "لــ نوال السعداوي، وخواطر السجن" لــ شهر نوش، بهدف الرد على بعض القضايا ومنها: ما ماهية مذكرات السجن؟ وما دوافع الكاتبتين إلى كتابة المذكرات؟ وهل كانت تجربة ذاتية أم توثيقا لأحداث سياسة؟ وما أوجه التشابه والاختلاف في مذكرات السجن عند الكاتبتين؟ ولتحقيق هذا الغرض ومن منطلق خصوصية تجربة السجن في المذكرتين واللتين سيعالجها البحث فقد تبنينا منهج تحليل المضمون؛ ومن ثم جاء البحث في قسمين، ومقدمة، وتمهيد، وخاتمة، وثبت بالمصادر والمراجع، تناولت المقدمة أهمية البحث وأهدافه ومنهجيه، وكان التمهيد مخصصا للتعريفات والمفاهيم بشأن مذكرات السجن، وتحديد إطارها، وبيان ما يتعلق بها من مصطلحات، وماهية مذكرات السجن، بينما جاء القسم الأول تحت عنوان: الكاتبتان؛ نوال السعداوي وشهر نوش وملخص مذكراتهما، وتم فيه تعريف بالكاتبتين العربية والإيرانية وبأعمالهن، كان القسم الثاني تطبيقيا وحمل عنوان: "أوجه التشابه والاختلاف بين المذكرتين العربية والفارسية، وذلك من خلال تحليل نماذج تطبيقية مختارة عن كل مذكرة، أما الخاتمة فقد أوضحت أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث.

There were several texts that dealt with the experience of imprisonment (poetry, prose). They even were added to various international literatures, regardless of their differences in cultural, political and religious contexts. They have always been a fertile material for creativity throughout human history. Although the term “prison notes” has been widely circulated in contemporary literature, it is still vague. It did not receive enough attention from researchers; perhaps because it was intertwined with races such as biographies, diaries, thoughts and confessions, or the multiplicity of definitions of belief and resistance at other time. However, with contemporary political and cultural shifts in the relationship between intellectuals and authority in the aftermath of the clash, the feminist writings about imprisonment have quickly increased while earlier they were limited to men only. Nawal El Saadawi and Shahr Nosh Parsi Pour are among the most prominent female intellectuals rebel in the Arab-Persian literature whose literary texts have been linked to a very special experience such as the “prison memoirs” when the authorities put them in prison and detention. Despite the different circumstances of their experience, their intellectual and political points, and the diversity of their respective environments, however, the experience of imprisonment and historical and humanitarian events, which put the burden of handling it on them both in their memoirs, seem to have had some impact. This led us to look for the similarities and differences between them, and then this research came according to the methodology of comparative literature based on the approach of substance analysis to illustrate the motives behind the selected texts, to shed light on the literature of prison memoirs in Arab and Persian literature by studying “My memoir in the women's prison “by Nawal al-Saadawi, and thoughts of prison by Shahr Noush, in order to respond to some issues, which are as follows: What is the essence of prison’s memoir? What are the reasons for the writers to write memoir? Was it a subjective experience or a document of political events? What are the similarities and differences in the writers ' memoir of prison? To achieve this purpose and in view of the specificity of the prison experience in the two memoir, which will be dealt with by the research, we have adopted a method of analyzing the content; hence the research came in two sections, an introduction, a preface and a conclusion, proven by sources and references. The introduction addressed the importance, objectives and methodology of research. The preface was devoted to definitions and concepts of prison’ memoir, the specifying their framework, terms related to them, and the essence of prison memoir. While the first section was entitled: two writers; Nawal al-Saadawi and Shahr Noush and the summary of their memoir, in which these two Arabic and Iranian writers and their works were introduced and discussed. The second section was practical under the title: “Similarities and Differences between the Arab and Persian memoir, through the analysis of selected application models for each note. The conclusion revealed the most important findings of the research.
