المستخلص: The study aims to identify the means that used by the "Resala Charity Organization" to enable the orphans in terms of physical, living, health, psychological and social sides and educational and future empowerment of "Resala Charity Organization" orphans. The study was adopted two theoretical guidance: the theory of social role, and improved capabilities. The study was based on a case study, newsletters, a guide to discussion of focus groups, interview formulas, a note guide, and data collection tools in the research (93 participants): 53 children and adolescent orphans in branches of Nasr City, two branches of Faisal, And the number of (40) of those people who responsible for the orphans care Activity. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The success of Resala Charity Organization in empowering orphans - Child abandonment through (activities and individuals): (living, health, psychological, social, educational, learning, recreational activities, etc.) and (Associate Members): (Alternative Mother, Big Brother, Supervisors) in present and future. "Resala Charity Organization" consciously plans for the future of the "orphan", on the grounds that attention of the child's future by using two methods: the first method: The former forms of empowerment are considered the foundation of the future empowerment of the child, as a fully qualified person in society (not rejected or neglected) - as far as possible - which feels himself and achieve his satisfaction, which is the basis for his adaptation in society). (It was his first experience with him discard and abandonment). The second method: providing a "savings account" for the orphan, after completing his education and rehabilitation for work, to buy an apartment or start with a small project in the future.

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على الوسائل التي اتبعتها "جمعية رسالة" لتمكين الأيتام من النواحي: الفيزيقية والمعيشية، والصحية والنفسية والاجتماعية، والتمكين التعليمي والمستقبلي لأيتام "رسالة". تبنت الدراسة موجهين تنظيريين، نظرية الدور الاجتماعي، وتحسين القدرات، اعتمد البحث على دراسة الحالة، الإخباريين، ودليل مناقشة الجماعات البؤرية، واستمارات المقابلة، ودليل ملاحظة، كأدوات لجمع البيانات وقد بلغ عدد المشاركين في البحث (93 مشاركا): (53) طفل ومراهق يتيم في رسالة من فروع: مدينة نصر، و"فرعي فيصل وعدد (40) من القائمين على نشاط رعاية الأيتام وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: نجاح جمعية رسالة في تمكين الأيتام - مجهولي النسب من خلال (أنشطة وأفراد): (أنشطة): (معيشية، وصحية ونفسية واجتماعية وتعليمية، تثقيفية، ترفيهية...الخ).، و(أفراد - معاونين): (الأم البديلة، الأخ الأكبر، المشرفين) حاضرا ومستقلا. تخطط "رسالة" بطريقة واعية لمستقبل "اليتيم" على اعتبار أن الاهتمام بالطفل اهتمام بالمستقبل باستخدام وسيلتين: الوسيلة الأولى: أشكال التمكين السابقة كلها تعد أساس التمكين المستقبلي للطفل، باعتباره إنسان كامل الأهلية في المجتمع (غير منبوذ أو مهمل) -قدر المستطاع - مما يشعره بذاته، ويحقق له الرضى عنها، وهو ما يعد أساسا لتكيفه في مجتمع: (كانت أولى تجاربه معه النبذ والإهمال). الوسيلة الثانية: تقديم "دفتر توفير" لليتيم، بعد إتمامه تعليمه وتأهيله للعمل، لشراء شقة أو البداية بمشروع صغير مستقبلا.
