|a الهدف الرئيس في هذه الدراسة هو تحديد أهم مظاهر التخلف الاجتماعي في المجتمع الكويتي، حسب اتجاهات أفراده نحوها. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، طبقت الدراسة على عينة مقصودة شملت 338 مبحوثاً من الجنسين، من طلبة كليتي العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة الكويت، والتربية الأساسية بالهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي، وقد استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة لجمع المعلومات، وصممت الباحثة مقياساً خاصاً لقياس آراء واتجاهات العينة نحو مظاهر التخلف الاجتماعي التي حددتها الدراسة، واشتمل المقياس على عدد من المتغيرات الاجتماعية والثقافية. وتم التأكد من إجراءات الصدق والثبات للأداة، وأدخلت البيانات في البرنامج الإحصائي spss. وقد كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن تصدر سلوك العنف كافة مظاهر التخلف الاجتماعي حيث جاء في الترتيب الأول من حيث قوة ودرجة اتجاهات أفراد العينة نحوه، ويليه الطائفية في الترتيب الثاني. كما بينت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الجنسين في اتجاهاتهم نحو بعض مظاهر التخلف الاجتماعي، كما بينت وجود علاقة دالة إحصائياً بين جميع أبعاد الدراسة بعضها مع البعض.

|f The main objective of this study is to identify the most important manifestations of social underdevelopment in Kuwaiti society, according to the attitudes of its members towards it. To achieve this goal, the study was applied to an intended sample of 338 individuals of both sexes, students from the faculties of social sciences at Kuwait University and basic education at the Public Authority for Applied Education. The questionnaire was used as the main tool for collecting information, and the researcher designed a special measure to measure the views of The sample's trends towards manifestations of social underdevelopment identified by the study. The measure included a number of social and cultural variables. The accuracy and reliability of the tool was verified and the data were entered into the SPSS statistical program. The results of the study revealed that violent behavior is at the forefront of all manifestations of social underdevelopment. It is ranked first in terms of the strength and degree of attitude of respondents towards it, followed by sectarianism in second rank. The results of the study show that there are significant differences between the sexes in their attitudes towards some manifestations of social underdevelopment, and that there is a statistically significant relationship between all dimensions of the study with each other.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
