|a يسعى هذا البحث لتحديد المقاصد المتعلقة بباب السياسة الشرعية، والتأصيل لها، وبيان أهم وسائل تحقيقها. والسؤال الرئيس الذي يطرحه هو: ما المقاصد المتعلقة بباب السياسة الشرعية وما أهم وسائل تحقيقها؟ وقد استعان الباحث فيه بالمنهج الاستقرائي لاستقصاء الأدلة التي تؤصل لتلك المقاصد من خلال القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية المشرفة، وتتبع الجهود السابقة في الموضوع، واستعان – أيضا -بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة تلك النصوص وتحليلها. ويتكون البحث من مقدمة وستة مباحث وخاتمة. المبحث الأول في بيان مفهوم المقاصد المتعلقة بباب السياسة والجهود السابقة لتحديدها. والثاني في مقصد إقامة العدل ووسائله. والثالث في الحرية ووسائله. والرابع في مقصد الأمن ووسائله. والخامس في مقصد العمران ووسائله. والأخير في المقصد الأصيل لباب السياسة الشرعية. وتوصل الباحث إلى نتائج مهمة أبرزها: أن مقاصد السياسة الشرعية أربعة: إقامة العدل والحرية والأمن والعمران، ولكل منها وسائل جاءت بها النصوص، وذكرها الفقهاء، عرضها الباحث مشفوعة بأدلتها. وأن المقصد الأصيل لهذا الباب هو: مقصد إقامة العدل.

|f This research seeks to identify the objectives related to the Islamic politics, and to establish them, and to identify the most important means to achieve them. The main question is: What are the purposes related to the Islamic politics and what are the most important means to achieve it? The researcher used the inductive method to investigate the evidence that establishes these objectives through the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet, and followed the previous efforts in the subject. He also used the descriptive analytical method to study and analyse these texts. The research consists of an introduction, six chapters and a conclusion. The first chapter is about the study of the concept of objectives related to politics and previous efforts to determine it. The second chapter is about the purpose of the administration of justice and its means. And the third is about freedom and its means. And the fourth chapter is about the purpose and means of security. And the fifth chapter is about the purpose and means of development. And the final chapter is about the original purpose of Islamic politics. There are significant findings of the researcher, most notable of those are: The objectives of the Islamic Politics are four: the administration of justice, freedom, security and development, each of them has the means about which the texts have come, and mentioned by the jurisprudents, presented by the researcher together with their evidences.
