المستخلص: العدل في المنظور الإسلامي مفهوم عام، إن في المقام الإنساني (الاجتماعي= الأنفس)، أو في البساط الكوني )البيئي الآفاق)، فالكون والكائنات عامة قد قامت به: (وَمَا خَلَقْنَا السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا إِلَّا بِالْحَقِّ)، أي بالعدل.
لأجل هذا، تجد القرآن الكريم لا يني يبث في آية ميزان العدل في الموقعين جميعاً: (سَنُرِيهِمْ آَيَاتِنَا فِي الْآَفَاقِ وَفِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ حَتَّى يَتَبَيَّنَ لَهُمْ أَنَّهُ الْحَقُّ(، فالعدل في البساط البيئي غاية متممة للعدل في المقام الإنساني، والإنسان مسؤول عن كل ما فيه من عناصر وأجرام، وإذا كان الله قد طبع ذلك البساط البيئي على سنة تسخيره للإنسان فإن الامتداد الغائي لهذه السنة يعني التعامل والتفاعل معها بعدل، أي:
• بما يدمجها في الغاية الكونية الموحدة من حيث الهدف، فيكون غرض البحث ههنا عرض أصول إسلامية لتصور بيئي قويم.
• بما يستغلها بالطرق العلمية الصحيحة من حيث الأسلوب، فيكون غرض البحث ههنا عرض أصول إسلامية لمسلك بيئي رشيد.

Justice in the Islamic perspective is a general concept. In the human place (social = souls), or in the cosmic spread (environmental horizons), the universe and beings, in general, have done it: He (swt) said - “We have not created the heavens and the earth and what is between them except by truth.” i.e. by justice.
For this reason, you will not find the Quran does not transmit in the verse of Balance of justice in all the places: He (swt) says – “We will show them Our signs in the horizons and within themselves until it becomes clear to them that it is the truth. But is it not sufficient concerning your Lord that He is, over all things, a Witness?” So Justice in the environmental horizon is what fulfils Justice in human situations and man is responsible for all the factors in it and the crimes. And if Allah has shaped the environmental spread on the tradition of harnessing man then the extension of the goal of this tradition means working and interacting with it with justice, that is:
• In order to integrate it into a common universal goal, the purpose of the research would be to present Islamic fundamentals for a sound environmental perception.
• In a manner that is used by scientific methods that are correct in terms of style, the purpose of the research here would be to to present Islamic fundamentals for a rational environmental conduct.
