تناولت الورقة أثر التبادل الاقتصادي الخارجي على الميزان التجاري في السودان في الفترة (1982-2015)، تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في وجود اختلال في الميزان التجاري السوداني، وعدم قدرة الاقتصاد السوداني على إحداث التوازن فيه نتيجة للعديد من الأسباب الممثلة في الحصار الذي فرض على الاقتصاد السوداني والذي أثر في حجم التبادل مع العالم الخارجي، كما زادت فاتورة الواردات في بعض السنوات، إضافة إلى ظهور البترول الذي أحدث فائض في إيراد الصادرات. هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على أثر التبادل الاقتصادي الخارجي على الميزان التجاري في السودان، افترضت الدراسة وجود علاقة عكسية بين الواردات وسعر الصرف وطردية بين الصادرات وسعر الصرف، وعلاقة عكسية بين التضخم والواردات. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، بالإضافة إلى استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS، وتوصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج أهمها أثر الحصار الاقتصادي الذي فرض على السوداني سلباً على حجم الصادرات والواردات، نتيجة لحظر استيراد وتصدير بعض المنتجات لبعض الدول. وأوصت الدراسة على العمل على زيادة الامتيازات الاستثمارية لجذب أكبر قدر من الاستثمارات الأجنبية وبالأخص في القطاعات الإنتاجية لزيادة حجم العائدة من الصادرات. كما أوصت بالسعي للاستفادة من السياسات في جانب التبادل الخارجي وإيجاد أسواق خارجية جديدة للمنتجات المحلية لتحسين موقف ميزان المدفوعات والميزان التجاري خاصة.
The paper tackled with the impact of foreign economic exchange on the Sudanese trade balance the period 1982-2015. The problem of the study was the imbalance in the Sudanese trade balance and the inability of the Sudanese economy for balance it due to many reasons such as economic imbargo imposed on sudan Which has affected on volume of exchange with the global world. The import bill has increased for some years, in addition to the emergence of oil, which has caused surplus export revenues. The study aimed at identifying the effect of foreign economic exchange on the trade balance in Sudan. The study assumed an inverse relationship between imports and the exchange rate, affirmative relationship between exports and the exchange rate, and an inverse relation between inflation and imports. The study used a descriptive analysis method and the statistical analysis program SPSS. The study reached several results, the most important of which is the negative impact of the economic banned imposed on the Sudan to the volume of exports and imports due to the banned of importing and exporting some products to some countries. The study recommended to increasing the investment advantages in order to attract the largest amount of foreign investments, especially in the productive sectors, to increase the volume of returns from exports. It also recommended seeking to benefit from policies on the side of foreign exchange and the creation of new foreign markets for local products to improve the balance of payments position and commercial balance particularly.
