الحفاظ على سلامة الأفكار مسؤولية تقع على عاتق المجتمع بأسره، ولا يمكن المحافظة على الأمن الفكري لشبابنا إلا بوجود استراتيجية أو منظومة متكاملة تتضافر فيها جهود جميع الأفراد والمؤسسات على أرض الدولة لتعالج النواحي الدينية والفكرية والأمنية والأسرية والتعليمية بكل فئاتها المجتمعية، وذلك لقول الرسول - صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "كلكم راع وكلكم مسئول عن رعيته، فالإمام راع ومسؤول عن رعيته، والرجل في أهله راع وهو مسؤول عن رعيته، والمرأة في بيت زوجها راعية وهي مسؤولة عن رعيتها، والخادم في مال سيده راع ومسؤول عن رعيته، فكلكم راع، وكلكم مسؤول عن رعيته". ومن هذا المنطلق أدركت أهمية المشاركة في هذه المعالجة: من خلال دراسة علمية، بعنوان: "الحفاظ على سلامة الأفكار مسؤولية جماعية". أهمية الدراسة: تتجلى أهمية هذه الدراسة في اعتبارات علمية وعملية، فمن الناحية العلمية فهي تركز على المسؤولية المجتمعية في المحافظة على الأمن الفكري، كما تقوم ببيان وسطية وسماحة الإسلام. وإما من الناحية العملية، تحاول هذه الدراسة وضع منهج عملي أمام صانع القرار وراسمي السياسات لمواجهة مشكلات التطرف الفكري لدى الشباب من خلال اقتراح الوسائل والحلول الفاعلة لسلامة الأفكار. أهداف الدراسة: يسعى هذا البحث إلى تحقيق مجموعة من الأهداف تتمثل في الآتي: 1- بيان مفهوم المسؤولية الجماعية لسلامة الأفكار. 2- وسطية وسماحة الإسلام. 3- الوسائل والطرق الفاعلة للمحافظة على سلامة الأفكار.
“Maintaining the copyright is a community responsibility” The preservation of the copyright is a responsibility of the entire society. We cannot maintain the intellectual security of our youth except by having an integrated strategy; combining all individuals and institutions efforts in the country to address the religious, intellectual, security, family and educational aspects of all social groups. Abdullah ibn Umar reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Every one of you is a shepherd and is responsible for his flock. The leader of people is a guardian and is responsible for his subjects. A man is the guardian of his family and he is responsible for them. A woman is the guardian of her husband’s home and his children and she is responsible for them. The servant of a man is a guardian of the property of his master and he is responsible for it No doubt, every one of you is a shepherd and is responsible for his flock.” Source: Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 6719, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 1829 From this perspective, I realized the importance of participating in this study: through a scientific study entitled: "Maintaining the copyright is a collective responsibility". The Importance of the Study: The importance of this study is reflected in scientific and practical considerations. From a scientific point of view, it focuses on social responsibility in maintaining intellectual security, as well as Islamic Forgiveness and moderation. In practical terms, this study attempts to develop a practical approach for decision makers to address the problems of intellectual extremism among young people by proposing effective means and solutions to save the copyrights. Objectives of the study: This research seeks achieving the following objectives: 1- Statement of the concept of community responsibility for the safety of ideas. 2- Islamic forgiveness and Moderation. 3- Strategies and methods for maintaining the copyright rules.
