المستخلص: cet aticle étudie les alliances matrimoniales de deux groupes de population, habitant à Constantine : Les Wislati, expulsés du mont Wislat, près de Kairouan par le bey de Tunis (en 1762). Ils enregistrent le plus grand nombre d’actes de mariages et semblent former la communauté la plus forte. Les Hannachi, issus des Hnancha, tribu influente et limitrophe de la frontière Est avec la Tunisie. A partir des données d’archives, en l’occurrence d’un dépouillement des actes notariés des registres des mahkama Malikite et Hanafite de 1215 à 1240hg/ 1800-1825 nous tentons de comparer les réseaux des relations matrimoniales. La problématique porte sur les modes d’intégration dans la ville de Constantine à travers les stratégies matrimoniales au regard des conditions d’immigration et d’installation, assez différentes entre les deux groupes. La recherche atteste une tendance manifeste à l’exogamie, même si elle peut s’exprimer et s’expliquer différemment chez Wislati et les Hannachi.

تمحور البحث حول مصاهرات مجموعتين من الوافدين على مدينة قسنطينة عاصمة بايلك الشرق. إنهم الوسلاتية الذي نزحوا من إيالة تونس بعد تهجيرهم من جبل وسلات (1762) من جهة والحنانشة أصيلي قبيلي نفوذية تقع على التخوم الشرقية للبايلك من جهة ثانية. تعتمد الدراسة علىمعطيات أرشيفية متمثلة في عقود عدلية مدون في المحاكم الشرعية المالكية والحنفية، في الربع الأول من القرن التاسع عشر. وقع الاختيار على المقارنة بين مصاهرات الوسلانية والحنانشة نظرا لاختلاف ظروف استقرارهم في المدينة. ومن ثم محاولة استقراء مدى تأثير ظروف التوافد على أساليب الاندماج في مجتمع المدينة عبر الروابط الزوجية. بجرد كامل لعقود الزواج والطلاق الخاصة بالعينة نحاول رسم شبكة هذه المصاهرات. وقد أظهرت الدراسة الانفتاح الواضح في مصاهرات كل من الوسلانية والحنانشة على المجموعات السكانية الوافدة بالدرجة الأولى، مع تباين الاستراتيجيات نحو الفئات الحاكمة في السلطة.

This article studies the matrimonial alliances of two groups arrived to the city of Constantine capital of the beylik of the East wich are: the Wislati, who were expelled from mountain Wislat(near Kairouan city) by the bey of Tunis in (1762), and the Hannachi from the influential tribe of Hanancha bordering on the East of beylik. Based on archival data, for instance, Malakit and Hanafit courts records during the first quarter of the nineteenth century, we try to compare the matrimonial relationship of the two groups and their strategies for integration in the city. In spite the difference in conditions of immigration and the way of their settling. This study shows a clear tendency to exogamy marriage, although there were different expressions and explanations for the two groups.
