المستخلص: يعتبر أخصائي المكتبات والمعلومات، الوسيلة التقنية الوحيدة للتعامل مع مصادر المعلومات الرقمية بالمكتبات الجامعية، اختياراً، جمعاً، اقتناء، تنظيماً ومعالجة، فمنذ: ظهور الإتاحة الإلكترونية بالإنترنت، والمحتوى الرقمي بالمكتبة المركزية جامعة باتنة 01: يعتمد عليه كمعيار لقياس مدى النفاذ إلى الإنترنت بين مختلف البلدان العربية والأوروبية، من أهم أهداف الدراسة: التعريف بمساهمة أخصائي المعلومات في آلية التحول الرقمي، والتعريف بالدور الحقيقي لأخصائي المعلومات في البيئة الرقمية، المكتبة الجامعية المركزية - جامعة باتنة 01، إضافة للوصول لحلول واقعية، من أجل العوائق التي تواجه أخصائي المعلومات، وتوضيح لأهم التحديات المستقبلية في مجال دور المكتبيون الرقميون. أهم نتائج الدراسة: إن واقع دور أخصائي المعلومات في البيئة الرقمية، بالمكتبة الجامعية المركزية، جامعة باتنة 01، كواقع المهن والوظائف المرتبطة بقطاع المعلومات، وهو تواجد عدد مميز ومهم من أخصائي المعلومات بمكان الدراسة، لكن هنالك عوائق مهنية، وعلمية، تواجههم بعين المكان، إضافة لنتيجة: المساهمة في توضيح أهمية بناء المحتويات الرقمية، إذ يعتبر هو العنصر الرئيسي، والمركزي الذي يقوم بكل الأعمال التقنية والعلمية بالمكتبة الجامعية المركزية، جامعة باتنة 01، بالنسبة لأخصائي المعلومات بهذه الدراسة، يفتح مجالات عدة للتعاون، والاتصال العلمي بين مختلف الجامعات من أجل بناء المحتويات الرقمية، وتبادل الآراء والخبرات بين المختصين، وبث المعرفة على أكبر نطاق ممكن عبر البوابات الإلكترونية للجامعات، كبوابة جامعة باتنة 1.

The Information and Libraries specialist is considered as the only technical means to treat the sources of digital information in academic libraries; choosing, collecting, acquisition, organization and processing.Since the emergence of electronic access on the Internet, as well as digital content at the central library of the University of Batna 01: depended on it as a criterion for measuring the extent of Internet access between the various countries Arab and European. Among the most important objectives of the study: the definition of the information specialist's contribution within the digital transformation mechanism, and the definition of the real role of information specialist in the digital environment- Central University Library – University of Batna 01, moreover, to find concrete solutions in order to overcome the hindrances to the information specialists, as well as a clarification of the most important future challenges in the field of the role of digital offices .One of the main results of the study: the fact of the information specialist's role in the digital environment at the University Central Library -University of Batna 01, as occupations and jobs related to the information sector, including the presence of a distinctive and important number of information specialist in the field of study. Although , there are professional and scientific obstacles that hamper them on-site, besides the result: contribution to clarify the importance of the construction of digital contents, which constitutes the main central element that the function is to carry out all scientific and technical work in the Library of the Central University – University Batna 01. As to the information specialists in this study, it is about the opening of several spaces of scientific collaboration, as well as a scientific communication between various universities to build digital contents, in addition, the exchange of opinions and experiences between specialists, dissemination of knowledge as widely as possible through electronic platforms of universities, such as the Platform of the University of Batna 1

Le spécia1ise de l'information et bibliothèques est considéré comme le seul moyen technique pour traiter les sources de l'information numérique auprès des bibliothèques universitaires, à savoir le choix, la collection, l'acquisition, l'organisation et le traitement. Depuis l'émergence de l'accès électronique sur Internet, ainsi que le contenu numérique à la bibliothèque centrale de l'université de Batna 01: en dépendait comme critère pour mesurer l'étendue de l'accès à l'Internet entre les divers pays arabes et européens. Parmi les objectifs les plus importants de l'étude: la définition de la contribution du spécialiste de l'information au sein du mécanisme de transformation numérique, en outre, la définition du rôle réel de spécialiste de l'information dans l'environnement numérique- bibliothèque de l'université centrale - université de Batna 01, par ailleurs , de trouver des solutions concrètes, afin de surmonter les entraves aux spécialiste de l'information , ainsi qu' une clarification des plus importants futurs défis dans le domaine du rôle des bureaux numériques. L'une des principales conclusions de l'étude: concernant le rôle de spécialiste de l'information dans l'environnement numérique à la bibliothèque centrale universitaire- université de Batna 01, en tant que professions, ainsi qu'emplois liées au secteur de l'information, notamment la présence d’un certain nombre distinctif et important de spécialistes d’informations sur terrain. Pourtant qu'il il y a des obstacles professionnels et scientifiques, qu'ils pourraient rencontre sur terrain de même le résultat: de contribuer à clarifier l'importance de la construction d'un contenu numérique, qui constitue l'élément principal, central dont la fonction est de réaliser tous les travaux scientifiques et techniques au sein de la bibliothèque universitaire centrale, université de Batna 01. En ce qui concerne les spécialistes de l'information dans cette étude, il s'agit d'ouvrir plusieurs espaces de collaboration scientifique, ainsi qu’une communication scientifique entre divers universités afin de construire un contenu numérique, en outre, accéder à l'échange d'opinions et d'expériences entre les spécialistes. En plus, La diffusion des connaissances aussi largement que possible à travers les plateformes électroniques des universités, comme la Platform de l'Université de Batna 1.
