520 |b  Great revolutions of communication have taken place through the various stages of human existence and every revolution has developed means through which to change the human thought and organize the community and the accumulation of the cultural balance of humanity, and on this basis, any progress in communication always leads to effects. In addition to restructuring the parts of the communication process and providing interactive information and communication process, the new media are working to transfer the press work to new spaces, which allows to expand the work of the media and renew it according to the media according to unconventional formulas. The construction of the news story and how it is built is one of the changing issues. The technical characteristics of the new communication applications are changing the latter. This study attempts to scrutinize the various changes that the story defines in its structure and formulation by relying on a case study of the channel's channel page. The study was based on a sample of 30 individuals throughout the study period from 15/12/2017 to 15/01/2018 based on the case study methodology and the use of content analysis technique. The study relied on a set of content analysis categories: the nature of the subjects, the multimedia, hyperlinks and referrals. In the statistical methods, the study relied on the tests of truthfulness, consistency, frequency and percentages of recording statistical data, in addition to statistical tables. The study reached a number of results: Facebook led to the change of the editorial arts of editing the news story, where the news turned into a picture or a video, and changed its traditional structure from: introduction - body - ring to textual news - link, the change we noticed On the news structure to the level of the studied sample. As for the level of links and referrals, we have noticed that all of them are internal, related to what the channel broadcasts and published on its mother site, which is a reflection of the closure of other sources and neglect of the most important characteristic of the hypertext. The variable of information and research richness is absent as a result of the previous element. The study concluded with obvious negligence For the multimedia component by the owners of the page Facebook Al-Nahar channel, where the media was employed simply without regard to aesthetic and creative standards on the one hand, on the other hand, the recruitment process does not lead to the goal which provides an integrated message taking into account the addressee, user’s user, in a way that allows to attract and increase the popularity of the channel and its spread. Participatory issue forms the second stage of interactive development. If the latter indicates a change in communication direction and the roles of the sender and the receiver in the traditional sense, the participations refer us to the roles played by users at the level of the journalistic work. The user participates effectively and intensively throughout the work of the press. It is here to source, news editing, evaluation and interaction. The study showed that Facebook page Al-Haddaf Channel did not care about this feature, which is the participatory media by not opening its platform to contribute users. In a nutshell, the editorial arts of the news and its structure change according to the technological requirements of the new communication applications. The Facebook pages created by the various media organizations are one of the new aspects of the media, which are characterized by its characteristics and advantages. The study reveals that Al Haddaf channel is still in the early stages of adapting to the new medium. It does not employ participation, ignores the concept of citizen journalism, and employs minimal media
