المستخلص: يعد الضمير مصدرا رئيسا من مصادر الالتزام الأخلاقي ينطوي في ذاته على معاني الثواب والعقاب، ويمثل الضمير أيضاً ملكة من ملكات النفس الإنسانية لذلك فهو يقوي بالتربية ويضعف بالإهمال وأن المجتمعات التي تهتم بتربية أبنائها وتنظيم تشريعاته وقوانينه تساهم في إيجاد الضمير الصالح والحي لدى كل فرد من أفراد ذلك المجتمع، وله أهمية كبيرة في حياتنا اليومية فالعامل إذا لم يتبع أوامر ضميره في اتقانه لعمله قد يعرض حياة الآخرين إلى الخطر على وفق ما يقتضيه عمله، وأن إحياء الضمير يمثل إحياء الملكات الإنسانية الفاضلة النبيلة في كيان الإنسان، تمثل الهوية الأخلاقية مطلباً حيوياً ومهماً في إعداد الأبناء في تحمل دورهم والقيام بها خير قيام من أجل المشاركة في بناء المجتمع، فالهوية الأخلاقية هي التي يجب غرسها داخل الفرد أيا كان موقعه في المجتمع، حيث أن الفرد يحقق فائدة لجميع أفراد المجتمع في جميع.
وقد استهدف البحث التعرف على:
1. حيوية الضمير لدى طلبة كلية التربية الأساسية.
2. دلالة الفروق في حيوية الضمير لدى طلبة كلية التربية الأساسية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) وفقاً لمتغيري الجنس (طلاب – طالبات) والتخصص (علمي – إنساني).
3. الهوية الأخلاقية لدى طلبة كلية التربية الأساسية.
4. دلالة الفروق في الهوية الأخلاقية لدى طلبة كلية التربية الأساسية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) وفقاً لمتغيري الجنس (طلاب- طالبات) والتخصص (علمي – إنساني).
5. العلاقة بين متغيري حيوية الضمير والهوية الأخلاقية لدى طلبة كلية التربية الأساسية.
وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث: أن هنالك علاقة ارتباطية طردية بين حيوية الضمير والهوية الأخلاقية كما أظهر النتائج عن تمتع عينة البحث بهويتهم الأخلاقية وحيوية الضمير من الذكور والإناث رغم تفاوت المستوى بين الجنسين، وقدك خرج البحث الحالي بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات.

Conscience is considered a major source of moral commitment that implies the meanings of reward and punishment. Conscience is also a queen of the human soul, so it is strengthened by education and weakened by negligence. The societies which are concerned with the upbringing of their children and the regulation of their legislation and laws contribute to the creation of the good and living conscience of each member of their society. Conscience is of great importance in our daily lives. If a worker does not follow the orders of his conscience in his work, he may endanger the lives of others as required by his work. The revival of conscience represents the revival of the noble virtuous human feelings in the human being. The moral identity is a vital and important requirement in preparing children to assume their role and perform them in order to participate in the building of society. It is the moral identity that must be instilled in the individual regardless of his or her position in society, since the individual achieves the benefit for all members of society in all.
The research aimed to find the following:
1- The vitality of conscience among students of the Faculty of Basic Education.
2- The significance of differences in the vitality of conscience among students of the College of Basic Education at the level of (0.05) according to gender variables (male and female students) and specialization (scientific - human).
3- Ethical identity among students of the College of Basic Education.
4-The significance of the differences in the moral identity of the students of the College of Basic Education at the level of (0.05) according to the gender variables (male and female students) and the specialization (scientific - human).
5-The relationship between the two variables of conscience and moral identity among the students of the Faculty of Basic Education.
The research results showed that there is a direct correlation between the vitality of conscience and moral identity. It also showed that the research sample enjoyed their moral identity and the vitality of conscience, both males and females, despite the disparity between the sexes. The current research produced a series of recommendations and suggestions.
