هدفت الدراسة معرفة درجة امتلاك طلبة المرحلة الإعدادية للقيم الأخلاقية من وجهة نظر المدراء والمدرسين في العراق. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (142) منهم (125) مدرسة ومدرسا، و(17) مديرا ضمن مديرية تربية الأنبار، ولتطبيق الدراسة أعد الباحث أداة الدراسة المتمثلة باستبانة في القيم الأخلاقية موزعة على ثلاث تكونت بصيغتها النهائية من (30) فقرة، وقد أظهرت النتائج: أن درجة امتلاك طلبة المرحلة الإعدادية للقيم الأخلاقية جاء بدرجة متوسطة. حيث جاء بالمرتبة الأولى مجال "علاقة الطالب الإدارة المدرسية" بمتوسط حسابي (3.09)، وبالمرتبة الثانية جاء مجال "علاقة الطالب المدرسين" متوسط حسابي (2.99)، واحتل المرتبة الثلاثة والأخيرة مجال "علاقة الطالب بزملائه" بمتوسط حسابي (2.98) وبلغ المتوسط الحسابي للأداة ككل (3.02) بدرجة تقييم متوسطة. ووجود فروق في القيم الأخلاقية لصالح الإناث، ووجود فروق لصالح الفئة العمرية (أقل من 30 سنة). وعدم وجود فروق في الخبرة والمسمى الوظيفي. وفي ضوء النتائج خرجت الدراسة بعدة توصيات ومقترحات.
The study aimed to identify the degree of possessing the moral values by the secondary level students from the perspective of principals and teachers in Iraq. The study sample consisted of (142) members: (125) schools and teachers, and 17 principals in Al-Anbar directorate of education. To apply the study, the researcher prepared the study tool represented in a questionnaire on the moral values distributed into three with a final form of (30). The results showed that the degree of possessing the moral values by the secondary level students was moderate where the field " the relation between the student and the school administration" came in the first rank by an arithmetic mean of (3.09) followed by the field "the relation between the student and teachers," in the second rank with a mean of (2.99), the field of "the relation between the student and his colleagues" in the last rank with a mean of (2.98) and that the arithmetic mean of the tool as a whole was (3.02) by a medium degree. The study also showed the presence of differences in the moral values in favor of females, the presence of differences in favor of the age group (less than 30 years) and the absence of differences in experience and job title. In light of the results, the study reached to several recommendations and suggestions.
