هدف البحث التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين سمات الشخصية المتمثلة في (الثقة بالنفس، مستوى الطموح) والقدرة على اتخاذ القرار في مجالي (التعاون مع الآخرين، الشراء) لدى عينة من الأبناء في محافظة الدقهلية وكذلك التعرف على الفروق في السمات الشخصية (الثقة بالنفس، مستوى الطموح) والقدرة على اتخاذ القرار في مجالي (التعاون مع الآخرين، الشراء) تبعا لنوع الجنس. واشتملت أدوات الدراسة على استمارة البيانات الأولية، واستبيان سمات الشخصية، واستبيان القدرة على اتخاذ القرار من إعداد الباحثة. تم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من 320 من الطلاب في المرحلة الجامعية تم اختيارها بطريقة غرضية. وتوصلت النتائج:- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات الذكور والإناث في الثقة بالنفس ومستوى الطموح لصالح الذكور وعدم وجود فروق في سمات الشخصية كدرجة كلية ووجود فروق بين متوسط درجات الذكور والإناث في القدرة على اتخاذ القرار في مجال التعاون مع الآخرين لصالح الذكور وفي مجال الشراء لصالح الإناث والقدرة على اتخاذ القرار كدرجة كلية لصالح الذكور وتوجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين الثقة بالنفس والقدرة على اتخاذ القرار في مجال التعاون مع الآخرين ومجال الشراء واتخاذ القرار كدرجة كلية لا توجد علاقة بين مستوى الطموح والقدرة على اتخاذ القرار في مجال التعاون مع الآخرين بينما توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين مستوى الطموح والقدرة على اتخاذ القرار في مجال الشراء وتوجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين مستوى الطموح والقدرة على اتخاذ القرار كدرجة كلية وتوجد علاقة ارتباطية موجية دالة إحصائيا بين سمات الشخصية كدرجة كلية والقدرة على اتخاذ القرار كدرجة كلية.
The aim of the research is the identify the nature of the relationship between Personality Attributes traits of the (self-confidence, the level of ambition) and Ability of Decision Making n the fields of (cooperation with others, buying) of the Among A Sample of Sons at Dakahlia Governorate as well as to identify differences in Personality Attributes traits of the (self-confidence, the level of ambition) and Ability of Decision Making n the fields of (cooperation with others, buying) of the Among A Sample of Sons at Dakahlia Governorate The study included tools to form the raw data, and questionnaire personality traits, and Asesetbian decision-making ability of the researcher. Was applied to a sample of 320 students in the Undergraduate been selected object- way. Results and findings: -The presence of statistically significant differences between the mean scores of male and female in self-confidence and the level of ambition for the benefit of the male and the absence of differences in personality traits a possible college and the existence of differences between the average scores of male and female in the decision-making capacity in the field of cooperation with others in favor of males and in the area of procurement in favor of females and the ability decision-making a possible college in favor of males, there is a positive correlation statistically significant between self-confidence and ability to make decisions in the field of cooperation with others and procurement and decision-making a possible college there is no relationship between the level of ambition and ability to make decisions in the field of cooperation with others, while there is a relationship positive correlation statistically significant between the level of ambition and ability to make decisions in the field of procurement and there is a positive correlation statistically significant between the level of ambition and the ability to decide a possible college and there is a positive correlation statistically significant between personality traits a possible college and the ability to decide a possible college.
