|f Joint-stock company is an investment tool in modern times, which is considered among the stock corporations that carry out big projects. These companies are subject to several types of censorship so as not leave their proper course. If the company shares are restricted on the stock exchange and a trading place, then among the censorship imposed on it is the control of the Financial Market Supervisory Authority. It is in Algeria the Committee for the Regulation and Control of Exchange Operations, which exercises control over joint-stock companies active in the stock exchange of movable values, in order to preserve the rights of investors and reservers of the movable values.\nSupervision of joint-stock companies, whether in the issue market or in the trading market, is exercised by means and mechanisms provided by the Algerian legislator to the Committee for the Regulation and Control of Exchange Operations.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018

|a تشكل شركة المساهمة أداة من أدوات الاستثمار في العصر الحديث، باعتبارها من شركات الأموال التي تقوم بالمشاريع الكبرى، وتخضع هذه الشركات لعدة أنواع من الرقابة، حتى لا تخرج عن مسارها السليم، وإذا كانت الشركة مقيدة أسهمها في البورصة ومحل تداول، فإن من بين الرقابة المفروضة عليها، رقابة سلطة ضبط السوق المالية، وهي في الجزائر لجنة تنظيم عمليات البورصة ومراقبتها، التي تمارس رقابة على شركات المساهمة الناشطة في بورصة القيم المنقولة، وذلك بهدف الحفاظ على حقوق المستثمرين والمدخرين في القيم المنقولة.\nوتمارس الرقابة على شركات المساهمة سواء في سوق الإصدار، أو في سوق التداول، بوسائل وآليات وفرها المشرع الجزائري للجنة الجزائر لجنة تنظيم عمليات البورصة ومراقبتها.

|d La société par action est un outil d'investissement dans l’économie moderne, comme l'une des sociétés commerciales qui réalisent des projets importants, et ces sociétés sont soumises à plusieurs types de contrôle, afin de ne pas déraper le chemin, et si la société restreint ses actions à la bourse, Parmi les contrôles qui lui sont imposés, le contrôle de l’autorité de marché financier, en Algérie c’est La Commission d’Organisation et de Surveillance des Opérations de Bourse (COSOB), qui contrôle les sociétés par actions actives en bourse, afin de préserver les droits des investisseurs et des épargnants sur les valeurs mobiliers.\nLe contrôle exercé par la COSOB sur les sociétés par actions, que ce soit sur le marché émetteur ou sur le marché des transactions des valeurs mobiliers, par des moyens et des mécanismes fournis par le législateur algérien au COSOB.
