يهدف البحث إلي بيان التأصيل الشرعي لمصطلح المواطنة والوحدة الوطنية من خلال التعريف بالمصطلح، وتأصيله الشرعي من خلال الأدلة من القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية وعلماء الاجتهاد والتعرف على مقومات وأبعاد الوحدة الوطنية. وقد توصل الباحث من خلال بحثه إلى: 1. إن مصطلح المواطنة والوحدة الوطنية من المصطلحات العالمية، نظرا لما أن ما تشهده الأقطار العربية والإسلامية من رياح الفتن والتفرقة والتشويه في محبة الأوطان فلم يجمع الباحثون على تعريف محدد لها، وبيان ما لها من دلالات، ومعان، وحدود، وفقا لاختلاف المدارس، والمناهج الفكرية التي ينتمي إليها الباحثين. 2. أن معاني المواطنة والوحدة الوطنية في القرآن الكريم تتجلى في العديد من المواضع، منها: جعل الله تعالى حب الوطن والانتماء إليه مطلب شرعي حيث قرن الله تعالى حب الدين مع حب الوطن والوحدة الوطنية؛ لذلك يتوجب على المواطن البر والعدل الذي أمرهم به الله لمن لم يقاتل في دينه ولم يخرج من وطنه، فالجمع بينهما مؤشر على مكانه كل منهما في الإسلام وكذلك في النفوس. 3. واكتنفت السنة النبوية بين ثناياها، ودلالاتها، مرتكزات المواطنة والوحدة الوطنية ودعائمهما، مما يشير ذلك على مدى حرص النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم على وطنه وحبه له واتضح ذلك عندما هاجر الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم وأصحابه من مكة المكرمة إلى المدينة المنورة تاركين جميع ما يملكون من متاع وأموال فرارا بدينهم بقي شعور الحنين للوطن والانتماء إليه مصاحبا للنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، كلما مر عليه قادم سأله عنها، واهتز قلبه شوقا إليها. 4. كما أن المواطنة والوحدة الوطنية من القضايا التي تحظى باهتمام بالغ من قبل علماء الاجتهاد نظرا لخطورتها على أمن المجتمع واستقراره فقد بين علماء الاجتهاد أهمية المواطنة والوحدة الوطنية ويظهر ذلك جليا من خلال ما أجمعوا عليه بأنه إذا دخل العدو ديار الإسلام يكون قتاله فرض عين على كل مسلم، وأن يدعي الإنسان بأنه وطني ويحمل الجنسية الوطنية. لذا فمن المناسب اتباع تعاليم الدين الإسلامي الصحيحة ومحاربة الفكر المشوه عن الإسلام ونشر العدل والمساواة والالتزام بما جاء في القرآن والسنة النبوية من مبادئ أخلاقية حسنة، الدعوة إلى التسامح في الإسلام كونه جزء من قيم المواطنة والوحدة الوطنية، والذي من شأنه يوفر الأمن والاستقرار، ويقضي على كل ألوان التعصب والحقد والكراهية ضد الآخرين.
The purpose of the research is to clarify the legalization of the term citizenship and national unity through the definition of the term and its legalization through evidence from the Holy Quran, Sunna and the scholars of ijtihad and to identity the elements and dimensions of national unity. The researcher reached through his research to: 1- The concept of citizenship and national unity is one of the universal terms, since the Arab and Islamic countries are witnessing the Sedition, discrimination and distortion in the love of nations. The researchers did not collect a specific definition of it and to show its Significance, meanings and limits according to the different schools and intellectual curricula that researchers belong to it. 2- The meaning of citizenship and national unity in the Holy Quran is reflected in many places, including: God made the love of the homeland and belonging to it a legitimate demand where God linked the love of religion with the love of the homeland and national unity; so, it is incumbent upon the citizen to do righteousness and justice, which Allah has ordered upon them for those who did not fight in his religion and did not leave his homeland, The combination of them is an indication of the status of each of them in Islam as well as in the souls. 3- The Prophet's Sunnah was Included between its folds and its significances, the pillars of citizenship and national unity and their pillars, this indicates the extent to which the Prophet (peace be upon him) was keen on his homeland and his love for it, this was clear when the Prophet (peace be upon him) and who is with him migrated from Mecca to Madinah leaving all their possessions and money to flee with their religion, and there was a feeling of nostalgia for the homeland and belonging to it, accompanied the Prophet (peace be upon him), and whenever someone passed by, he asked him about it, and his heart shook longing for it. 4- Citizenship and national unity are issues of great concern to scholars of ijtihad, because of their danger to the security and stability of society, Ijtihad scholars have shown the importance of citizenship and national unity, this is evident through the unanimous agreement that if the enemy entered the land of Islam, fight him would imposing on every Muslim, and he claims to be a citizen and has national citizenship. Therefore, it is appropriate to follow the teachings of the true religion of Islam and fight against distorted thought about Islam and the dissemination of justice and equality and the commitment to what is stated in the Koran and the Sunna of the principles of good ethics, Calling for tolerance in Islam as a part of the values of citizenship and national unity, which will provide security and stability, and eliminate all the colors of intolerance and rancor and hatred against others.
