|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى إدراك الأسرة لمسؤوليتها الاجتماعية تجاه الأبناء والتعرف على دور الأسرة في تعزيز الحماية الفكرية للأبناء؛ باعتباره أحد جوانب مسؤوليتها الاجتماعية نحو أبنائها كما هدفت إلى التعرف على العوامل الاجتماعية التي تحد من قدرة الأسرة على القيام بمسؤوليتها الاجتماعية في الحماية الفكرية لأبنائها، والتعرف على الآليات المناسبة لتفعيل دور الأسرة في تعزيز الحماية الفكرية للأبناء لتحقيق مسؤوليتها الاجتماعية نحو أبنائها واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي وبلغت عينة الدراسة (250) طالبة من طالبات المرحلة المتوسطة في بعض مدارس مدينة الرياض حيث استخدمت الباحثة العينة العشوائية البسيطة نظراً لكبر مجتمع الدراسة وأوضحت النتائج أن المتوسط العام لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة على محور مدى إدراك الأسرة لمسؤوليتها الاجتماعية تجاه الأبناء جاء بمتوسط يشير إلى خيار موافق بشدة على أداة الدراسة، وجاء المتوسط العام لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة على محور دور الأسرة في تعزيز الحماية الفكرية للأبناء؛ باعتباره أحد جوانب مسؤوليتها الاجتماعية نحو أبنائها من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة بمتوسط يشير إلى خيار موافق على أداة الدراسة، وجاء المتوسط العام لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة على محور العوامل الاجتماعية التي تحد من قدرة الأسرة على القيام بمسؤوليتها الاجتماعية في الحماية الفكرية لأبنائها بمتوسط يشير إلى خيار موافق على أداة الدراسة. وجاء المتوسط العام لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة على محور الآليات المناسبة لتفعيل دور الأسرة في تعزيز الحماية الفكرية للأبناء لتحقيق مسؤوليتها الاجتماعية نحو أبنائها بمتوسط يشير إلى خيار موافق على أداة الدراسة ومن أهم التوصيات التي توصلت إليها الدراسة لابد من تقوية البناء الأخلاقي للأسرة من خلال تفعيل دور المؤسسات الاجتماعية ذات العلاقة ولابد من غرس القيم الأخلاقية في سلوك أفراد الأسرة من خلال قيام الجهات الدعوية بدور فاعل حول هذا الأمر، ولابد من توعية الأسرة بحسن العشرة بين الزوجين، ولابد من توعية الأسرة بمخاطر التفكك الأسري على الأبناء.

|f The study aimed to identify the extent to which the family understands its social responsibility towards its children and to identify the role of the family in strengthening the intellectual protection of children, as one of the aspects of its social responsibility towards its children. It also aimed to identify the social factors that limit the family's ability to fulfil its social duty in intellectual protection of its children and to determine the appropriate mechanisms to activate the role of the family in strengthening the intellectual protection of the children in order to achieve their social responsibility towards their children. The study used the descriptive survey method, and the survey sample reached 250 middle school students in some schools in Riyadh, where the researcher used a simple random sample due to the large study community. The results showed that the overall average of the responses of the members of the study sample, based on the extent to which the family perceives its social responsibility towards the children, came with an average indicating an option that is strongly in favour of the study tool. It is necessary to instil ethical values in the behaviour of family members through the advocacy bodies taking an active part in it.
