رغم التطور الهائل في مجال تقنيات التعليم والتعلم وما تقوم به كليات التربية في أعداد طلاب أقسام التربية الفنية تكنولوجيا من خلال حزمه من المقررات الدراسية التي تساعد الطلاب على استخدام التقنيات الحديثة في التدريس وما تقوم به وزارة التعليم من تقديم برامج تدريبية لرفع مستوى المعلمين على استخدام التكنولوجيا في التدريس، التي تجعل المتعلم أكثر تفاعلا مع المنهج وينتج عن ذلك ممارسة حقيقية للمهارات الأكاديمية التي يرغب في تعلمها، ومع ذلك نجد ان كثيراً من معلمي التربية الفنية يتجنبون استخدام الاستراتيجيات الحديثة في التدريس. لذا تم القيام بتلك الدراسة للتأكد من مدى تمكن معلمي التربية الفنية بمنطقة الباحة من مهارات استخدام التقنية الحديثة في التدريس وهل هذا يؤثر في استراتيجيات التدريس المستخدمة لدرس التربية الفنية، وهل عاملي الخبرة والدورات التدريبية تؤثران على ما يمتلكه معلمي التربية الفنية من مهارات استخدام التقنية الحديثة في التدريس واستراتيجيات التدريس المستخدمة، وقد تم تطبيق الدراسة الحالية على معلمي التربية الفنية بمراحل التعليم (الابتدائي، المتوسط) بالإدارة العامة للتعليم بمنطقة الباحة من خريجي كليات المعلمين وكليات التربية تخصص تربية فنية، وقد استخدم الباحثة استمارة استبيان من تصميمة كأداة رئيسية للدراسة تتكون من بعدين رئيسين، البعد الاول مهارات استخدام التقنيات الحديثة في التدريس، ويشتمل (٢٥) عبارة ، البعد الثاني: استراتيجيات التدريس المستخدمة ويشتمل على (١١) عبارة وبعد التأكد من المعاملات العلمية للاستمارة وتم تطبيقها على (٣٩) معلم تربية فنية بمنطقة الباحة، وبعد جمع البيانات ومعالجتها احصائيا تم التوصل إلى بعض النتائج كان أهمها تمكن معلمي التربية الفنية بمنطقة الباحة من استخدام التقنية الحديثة في التدريس بدرجة عالية للمجموع الكلى ودرجة ما بين العالية والمتوسطة لعبارات الاستبيان، تنوع في استراتيجيات التدريس التي تستخدم داخل قاعة الدرس لدى معلمي التربية الفنية بمنطقة الباحة ما بين استراتيجيات التدريس التقليدية والحديثة، وجود تأثير متبادل بين كل من سنوات الخبرة وعدد الدورات التدريبية ومدى تمكن معلمي التربية الفنية من استخدام مهارات التقنية الحديثة مع وجود تفاعل بينهما واخيراً يوصى الباحث بالعمل على تفعيل استخدام معلمي التربية الفنية استراتيجيات التدريس الحديثة في التدريس.
Despite the tremendous development in the field of teaching and learning techniques and what the colleges of education are doing in training students of technical education departments technologically through a package of courses that help students to use modern technologies in teaching and what the Ministry of Education is doing to provide training programs to raise the level of teachers on the use of technology in teaching, which makes the learner more interactive with the curriculum and results in the actual practice of the academic skills he wants to learn we find that many technical education teachers avoid using modern strategies in teaching. Therefore, this study was carried out to ascertain the extent to which technical education teachers in the Al-Bahah region are able to use modern technology in teaching, whether this affects the teaching strategies used for the technical education lesson, and whether factors of experience and training courses affect the skills of technical education teachers to use modern technology in teaching and teaching strategies used. The current study was applied to technical education teachers in the (primary, intermediate) levels of education in the General Administration of Education in the Al-Bahah region, graduates of teacher colleges, and education colleges specializing in technical education. The researcher used a questionnaire form that she designed as the main tool for the study, which consists of two main dimensions. The first dimension is the skills of using modern technologies in teaching, including (25) phrases. The second dimension is the teaching strategies used, including (11) phrases. After confirming the scientific treatment of the form, it was applied to (39) teachers of technical education in the Al-Bahah region. After collecting the data and processing it statistically, some results were reached, the most important of which was the ability of technical education teachers in the Al-Bahah region to use modern technology in teaching with a high degree of the total sum and a degree between high and medium for the questionnaire phrases, a diversity of teaching strategies that are used in the classroom of technical education teachers in Al-Bahah region between traditional and modern teaching strategies. There was a reciprocal effect between each of the years of experience, the number of training courses, and the extent to which technical education teachers can use modern technical skills with the interaction between them.
