|a نسبة للتطورات الهائلة في مجال تكنولوجيا الاتصال والتغيرات التي طرأت على العديد من المفاهيم والأدوار باعتبارها نقلة نوعية وثورة حقيقية في عالم الاتصال، حيث انتشرت شبكة الإنترنت في كافة أرجاء المعمورة، وربطت أجزاء العالم، ومهدت الطريق لكافة المجتمعات للتقارب والتعارف وتبادل الآراء والأفكار والرغبات، وظهرت شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي وانتشرت سريعا وأصبحت مستخدمة على نطاق واسع.\nرأت الباحثة أهمية تجربة توظيف شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي ذات الانتشار الواسع في التعليم لدى طلاب قسم المكتبات والمعلومات بجامعة أم درمان الأهلية، لتشجيع نوع جديد من التواصل في بيئة التعليم الافتراضي التعاوني الذي أطلق عليه الجيل الثاني للتعليم الإلكتروني (E-Learning 2.0) وهو التعليم بواسطة شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي. وتتضح أهمية الدراسة في أنها أول دراسة تكشف عن توظيف شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في تعليم وتدريب طلاب قسم المكتبات والمعلومات بجامعة أم درمان الأهلية، وتبحث عن نسب استخدام هذه الشبكات ومدى تحقيقها للأهداف التعليمية.\nاستخدمت الباحثة المنهج المسحي والمنهجي الوصفي التحليلي. وكانت أهم نتائج الدراسة أن نسبة استخدام شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي لدى طلاب قسم المكتبات والمعلومات بجامعة أم درمان الأهليـة مرتفعة جدا، وأن الأهداف التعليمية تحققت بنسب عالية خاصة بالنسبة لتحسين مستوى تفاعل الطلاب المقررات الدراسية، بالإضافة لزيادة تحصيلهم العلمي.\nوأوصت الباحثة بتوجيه طلاب الجامعات للاستفادة القصوى من تقنيات وإمكانيات شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في التعليم، وتوظيف تلك التي تتمتع بإقبال كبير من قبل الطلاب فـي إنشاء المجموعات التعليمية، ودعم الجامعات للتعليم بواسطة شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي.\n

|f As a result of the tremendous developments in the field of communication technology and the changes that have taken place in many concepts and roles as a paradigm shift and a real revolution in the world of communication, the internet spread throughout the globe. It connected parts of the world and paved the way for all societies to rapprochement, acquaintance and exchange views, ideas, and desires. The social networks have emerged and spread rapidly and are widely used. \nThe researcher considered the importance of the experience of employing social networks with widespread use in education among students of the Department of Library and Information at Omdurman Ahlia University, to encourage a new type of communication in the collaborative virtual education environment called the second generation of e-learning (E-Learning 2.0), which is education by Social Media networks. The importance of the study is illustrated by the fact that it is the first study to reveal the use of social networks in the education and training of students of the Library and Information Department at Omdurman Ahli University. It looks at the rates of use of these networks and their achievement of educational goals. \nThe researcher used the survey method and the descriptive-analytical method. The most important results of the study were that the rate of use of social networks among students of the Department of Library and Information at Omdurman Ahli University is very high and that the educational goals have been achieved at high rates, especially with regard to improving the level of student interaction with courses, in addition to increasing their academic achievement. The researcher recommended directing university students to make the most of the technologies and possibilities of social networks in education, using those that are highly popular among students in establishing educational groups, and supporting universities for education through social networks.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
