ان التخطيط المستند على الاسس العلمية وبتوظيف العلوم ومنها علم التعلم الحركي والاختبارات والقياس وعلم الفسيولوجي والمتغيرات الكيميائية .... يقصر الزمن والجهد للوصول الى المستويات العليا ويتلافى الحركات الخاطئة المصاحبة للمهارات او البرامج الحركية التي لا تتناسب مع مواقف المنافسات. فهناك الكثير من التمارين المهارية والبدنية والحس حركية والعقلية التي ربما تنسجم مع نوع وخصائص لعبة معينة ولكن لا تنسجم مع لعبة اخرى مما يسبب الهدر بالوقت والجهد وعدم تحسن المستوى الذي يؤهل الفريق للحصول على البطولات الرياضية وكذلك ربما يكون عائقا امام انتقاء الناشئين الى المراحل المتقدمة وبالتالي تكمن مشكلة البحث بإيجاد معادلة تنبؤ لدقة التصويب بدلالة بعض القدرات العقلية والبدنية والوظيفية والكيميائية والحس حركية. يهدف البحث الى ما يلي ; ١ -التعرف على علاقات بين دقة التصويب وبعض المؤشرات الوظيفية والكيميائية والبدنية والحس حركية والعقلية للناشئين بكرة السلة ٢ -التوصل الى معادلة التنبؤ لقياس دقة التصويب بدلالة بعض المؤشرات الوظيفية والكيميائية والبدنية والحس حركية والعقلية للناشئين بكرة السلة
