إذ يعتبر التدريس المصغر من الأساليب التدريسية الحديثة التي ظهر استخدامها في مجال طرائق التدريس كبديل للطرق التقليدية المتعارف عليها كما أن استخدام وسائل تعليمية وذلك لإعطاء نتائج أفضل وأدق حيث يساهم في التخفيف من مشكلات التعليم العادي في زيادة عدد الطلاب ومحتوى الدرس وزمنه ويركز على الأهداف التعليمية التربوية وباستخدام مهارات وأساليب أو جوانب معرفية سلوكية. هدفت الدراسة لبيان أثر استخدام التدريس المصغر على الذكاء وبعض المهارات بالكرة الطائرة لطالبات كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة للبنات المرحلة الثانية حيث تكونت عينة البحث (30) طالبة وقد استخدمت الباحثتان الوسائل الإحصائية من (الوسط الحسابي، والوسيط، والانحراف المعياري، معامل الالتواء، اختبار T وتضمن الباب الرابع النتائج للاختبارات القبلية والبعدية لمتغيرات البحث لعينة البحث وأهم لاستخراج النتائج والاستنتاجات إلى وجود فروق معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند استخدام التدريس المصغر لعينة البحث في تعلم المهارات الكرة الطائرة للمجموعة التجريبية عن المجموعة الضابطة وفي الامتيازات البعدية. وجاءت التوصيات إلى الاهتمام بتدريب طالبات الكلية أثناء إعدادها كمدرسة للتربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة على استخدام أساليب التدريس الحديثة تماشيا مع التحديث والتطوير التربوي للعملية التعليمية.
